I'll probably get blasted for this but I despise Dave Matthews. Well all "jam" bands for the most part. Just sing the damn song and get it over with for Christ's sake.
I have zero interest in going to a concert if I have to be standing shoulder to shoulder with people for hours. Give me an individual seat, and let me sit down, and I'm in.

The last Phish show I saw in Rupp, mid 90’s, included a vacuum solo. Also ran into Mike Gordon just standing around in the lobby before the show. Weird dude.
Stealing a car is for sure a murder-able offense. Just shoot and kill all car thieves.
The day after the “Laettner Shot” the boys and I solemnly, stoically and quietly snuck into that OCharlies restaurant for lunch. It was a morgue. Packed.Collectively mourning and hungover... dining in platters of **** wings and drinking (coldest in town) pitchers of Bud Light.:cheers2:

When I was at The Rolling Stones concert in Denver last year, there were young people in front of us sharing a marihuana cigarette.
I do... I drank like a thousand beers at that O’Chucks one night my freshman year and threw up all over the bathroom. They should not have overserved me like that.
Before we had per diem at work and were paid for our business travel with receipts. We had a purchasing guy with a receipt printer get caught making fake O'Charley's receipts after suppliers had taken him out to dinner. He got caught because he spelled it O'Charlie's on his fake receipts.
Whoever lives on 409 w 11th Street here in Beaver Dam, You just messed up tapped into my phone. You just f*cked up. So if anyone knos who it is better tell me. I'm gonna kick someone's f*ckin teeth down their throats. For real.

Concerts are awesome ... but at this age, these features are necessary:
- Small venue and/or premium seating.
- Easy access to alcohol.
I’m not playing one-in-ya-one-on-ya with a bunch of 22-year-old BBdKs anymore.
Saw Childers and Ian Noe at a small venue down the street from my house within the last two years for $15. Drank $10 Weller 12s and $2.50 High Lifes and had a great view and perfect acoustics. Easy in. Easy out.
Have also enjoyed Kings of Leon and other acts in the Pavilion of Riverbend. Great experiences.

Small / medium venues are definitely best. Several of the best and most fun concerts I've seen were at Bogarts.
The Mighty Lemon Drops (post UK-UC fb at Nippert) in 1992; and The Ocean Blue in 1991 come to mind.
DMB, in any venue or circumstance, is indescribably awful.

Best concert venue I’ve been to is Two Keys Tavern. Thumper and the Plaid Rabbits rocked browned eyed girl weekly.
rudd, you were first on my mind as to who would know MLD. Almost said so in my post, but figured I would leave someone out. Good musical taste recognizes it.
