Nice little Sat going into vegas next weekend.
This team has the tools to beat anyone this year. The one thing about the SEC is we get to see just about every type of team. Not quality but some diverse makeup.

The moral of the story is if you're childish and pig-headed enough, you can turn an act of basic adult maturity into a magnanimous act of class just by lowering the bar for yourself.
Growing up in central KY bobby knight was a villain. Transcended just a game for a young gattongrad to good v. evil. For that I am thankful.
Agree, but he’s much less important to our success than I thought.
He’s useful for depth and fouls at this point, once in a blue moon he’ll knock down some shots which is just gravy.
FYI, not speaking ill of the dead will absolutely NOT apply to Bobby Knight. He’s a genuinely bad person, and the world will be a better place when he’s dead.
- Somehow IU made me a fan of Bob Knight, and I hated that SOB before he got ran off.
To see a huge part of my childhood memories getting this old.
- I understand how important Hagans is, but if we went long stretches with Maxey, Quick, Juzang, Sestina and Richards I’d be happy.
- I know Cal is not a fan of conference tournaments, but this team would benefit in every way if we pull out of Nashville with a SEC Championship.
- Huge fan of next years schedule.

This team is scrappy and won on the road in the SEC, which is awesome and not to be disrespected. This team is also mediocre. Why not just say that rather than toeing the party-line like a sycophant?

They've gone from the worst Cal team in 30 years to scrappy and mediocre in no time!
Knight and Indiana basketball getting back together. One is an old useless dinosaur no one cares about anymore being dragged out onto the court well passed the point where it's anything but sad... And the other is Bob Knight.
Obviously this will be a nice memory for an Indiana program that desperately needs them. Too bad it won't be a nice memory for Bob Knight who desperately needs them.
Speaking of memories, with the way Indiana likes to milk their best memories, maybe in five or six years they can have a halftime contest where a fan gets a 1000 bucks if they can convince their angry octogenarian grandfather to waddle out to half court and forgive them.

IU president at the time wanted Knight out, but was too ***** to just fire him. So he set up a zero tolerance policy to build up paperwork on Knight in an effort to strong arm him to get out.
The Neil Reed situation followed by the non athlete campus incident showed poor judgment by Knight, but IU and Brand specifically took that and tried to destroy everything Bob Knight had ever done to justify them wanting to remove him from IU.
I guess apart of me see’s that as some corporate snake BS because they were too ***** to just stand up to Knight who had given subpar results for a few seasons.
