Cal was probably hoping he'd be another Reid Travis, but yeah, he's really one-dimensional. He doesn't have to make 'em all, but he can't miss 'em all! LOL.

MSU's been the most efficient team in the league since conference play started.

It won't happen tonight, but you gotta wonder if this team is capable of winning an SEC game by 20+. Every one of Cal's teams has multiple 20+ point SEC wins except the 2018 team, which only had 1. Our biggest win in league play so far is a 12 point win over Missourah.

For tonight, the gameplan should be to just get a 3 point lead with about 10 minutes left, and start milking clock.

I want to like Sestina. I mean, I do like him, but, if we're being honest he is f*cking terrible if he isn't shooting 98% from 3.
Started off as a big fan...under the assumption he would be a high 30%ish 3 point shooter and physical rebounder.

But if he’s going to continue to back iron crucial wide open 3’s and fail to clear the defensive glass he becomes hard to play.

2 or 3 years ago the Michigan State job being open would’ve really worried me in regards to Stoops. Seemed like it would’ve been a really good fit for him.

Now? Not only is the timing of Dantonio leaving really bad for whoever steps in, but their recruiting has taken a step back over the last few years/NCAA might be setting up shop/sex abuse scandal/etc.

Please keep us posted on this riveting turn of events. Much more interesting than a murder. Maybe update us on the folks who do not mow their yards often enough.
It's fascinating, from deviant psychology standpoint, how someone who is universally reviled could even consider talking **** to a longstanding thread member, much less actually type and post it...but you do you.

Bean Soup and half a brisket sandwich.

Bean soup was good. Sandwich was on. I won’t get that again. I want to try their Reuben but I’ll probably do roast beef with sinus clearing mustard.

Smoked Turkey on Wheat, Colby, LTO, Horsey. Never made/had that combo in my life, but i ordered it on a whim under pressure my first visit, and that's what I continue to get 90% of the time.

Only place in the world I order or look forward to a regular home-style deli sandwich. Some kinda magic they put into those sambos.

I'd go there more if it wasn't like playing the lottery to park - I regrettably creep by there so many times before saying touch it, and moving on...

I get anxiety when I order there too for some reason. Just a lot of pressure for some reason.

There used to be a grocery store in Hikes Point 20 years ago called Charlie Downes that had awesome sandwiches. The mustard was super spicy and the roast beef was dry instead of oily

I get it. It's a mostly humble and unpretentious dive, but the moment you walk in there you realize it's a REGULARS kinda joint (which are the best kind)

Is that Courtyard Deli still in Downtown Lex? I remember going there as a dumbass college kid amongst suits during lunch hour - it was a hostile situation, or at least that's how 19 year old BBdK felt. I browsed for a few seconds and was basically told to order or get in the back of the line. :joy:

Hagans is so unbelievably frustrating as a player. Just a complete dumbass and not steady from game to game

Hagans would probably be incredible next year. Too bad we won’t get to see it. All he has to do is clean up the sloppy **** and he’s an AA.

Opponent takes bad 3 point shot.
We crash the boards for the rebound.
Rebound goes hard off the rim back out to the 3 point line directly to an opposing player who either makes a 3 or makes a pass to someone else hitting a 3.

It seems like that happens at least once every time we play and I can’t remember any time it’s happened to our favor.
