Ole Silvio sure has been a lot of trouble over the years for a guy who’s still averaging just 2 & 2. (4 minutes tonight)

For a $20,000 investment Kansas would have been better off jumping into the timeshare game

[BBdK]

-Carlton Bragg has now been dismissed from Kansas, Arizona, and New Mexico St. Self really has a type.

Bill Self apparently has a “type.”

In case you were wondering where you got your take, Richie Bandit.

[_Chase_]

It's pretty sad it's only 9:30 and me calling Pizza Kings and Beaver dam and they're saying they're closed false advertisement net10 yet it b*******

-Lil Mez

[CastleRubric]

OK, but why lead all coverage with the picture of him holding the chair over his head to imply he threw it, then say "what we led you to believe was going to happen didn't really happen"? We just wanted to git ur attention, LOL. Joke's on you!"

Not sure DeSousa is a guy Kansas wants to kick off the team. I’m sure he has some stories he could tell.

[Geese Feeder]

I can’t wait for the media to not blame Bill Self or his team for that.

HEY REMEMBER ME?

[PTI Anon1640710541]

bush league steal.

M’kay.

[Brandan Stroud]

[laughing] I knew it was bad, but Suntan and Sheriff aren't this idiotic

[PTI Anon1640710541]

One way to not get in a fight is to just simply walk away from the fight. It’s actually fairly easy to do.

[Wrong]

Apartment renter chimes in.

^^^^
How can they not see #4 from K State just standing there before getting tagged

[BBdK]

Beaver Dam has a Pizza King?

[Strokin_Bandit]

Guys, I’m not even sure that is Silvio in that video. Are we sure it isn’t a fan in a De Sousa jersey?

[KingLlama]

-Besides Sports by Brooks, I'm not sure any sports media personality has had a steeper drop-off than Jason King (that didn't involve some kind of legal issue or scandal, obviously). His CBB column was a must-read around 5-6 years ago. Then he began focusing only on KU, and out of nowhere decided to start writing about Kamala the Ugandan Giant. Now he's completely irrelevant unless you're a Jayhawk honk. SAD!

-Not sure where all the Self-to-the-Spurs talk started, but if he does indeed replace Pop, it wouldn't surprise me if Kansas went full rogue and hired Will Wade. Marcus.

-Wendy's chili lunch weather.

-Lil Mez raises a good point.

-There's not a chance in hell that the WWII vet on Facebook holding a sign saying "CAN I GET 1 MILLION LIKES" even knows what he's being told to do. Stop it.

[BBdK]

They could do worse. LSU is 22-2 over the last 2 years in SEC games. :eyes:

[KingLlama]

He's unreal. And kinda perfect at a place like LSU, which has always had a bit of a chip on its shoulder, going back to Dale.

I have a feeling that if Texas starts to think that Self might really make the NBA jump, they might can Shaka sooner rather than later to get a jump on that coaching search. The guy is just treading water there. And as good as he might be, I don't think Greg Brown is a job-saving kind of player.

[BBdK]

Shaka is like Geese's boy Anthony Grant. Not quite cut out for the big job apparently, but fairly elite at a mid-major type place.

May wanna go ahead and add Mike White to that list. Man, they HATE him down there, and rightfully so.

[_Chase_]

Hell yeah I just won a $1000 voucher from Walmart..thank you Jesus

-So hopefully this decade does away with the disgusting facial hair trend. Not maintained beards but the ridiculous sloppy facial hair and ironic ********. Easily the worst thing about the teens, even above outrage dox/fire everyone culture.

.

You could maybe start by doing your part. You’re supposed to be a leader.

[UKStoleMyFish]

* Nick Richards is Kentucky's leading scorer, and it's January 22.

* I know they made a few last night, but 18 footers from Hagans and EJ are not efficient shots.

* On a related note, UK isn't in the top 30 in either offensive or defensive efficiency.

* How bad is the ACC? Is anybody worth a **** in that league besides Duke, UofL, or FSU?

* Kind of impressive to see what WVU is doing after modifying its style of play they way they have. Not pressing nearly as much.

* Guesses on the line for Saturday's game? TTU -1?

* Really impressed with Juzang last night. More minutes, please.

They could do worse. LSU is 22-2 over the last 2 years in SEC games. :eyes:

Haven't lost a road game in the SEC in the last 2 seasons, which is pretty incredible.

[PTI Anon1640710541]

Will Wade pulled off some serious gangster level, Godfather type ****.

LSU: “We demand your presence at a meeting to discuss these allegations.”
WW: “Nope. F off.”
LSU: “Okay.”

The guy is a true leader.

[_Chase_]

I’d be willing to bet the conversation between Wade and the AD/President went something like this:

Bosses: Hey Will, the NCAA is breathing down our neck here and they want us to bring you in for a statement. We love what you’ve done here and have no intention of firing you if at all possible. So, we’re going to “demand” you come in to appease them, and you’re going to refuse.

Wade: Cool.

Bosses: *publicly* WILL WADE GET IN HERE

Wade: “Nah”

Bosses: Sorry NCAA, nothing we can do, you gotta work with whatever you have. [smoke]

[BBdK]

What a whirlwind for Waltah. Beats UK, has the entire town/program buzzing, and dismissed 2 months later. Smh

-Is Nick Richards leading the SEC POY race currently? :eyes: If he's not, i don't know who TF is. Aaron Nesmith? Mason Jones? Tyree? Mays? Hagans?

-Also, that dub of the Pikeville announcers for the KU fight is perfect. :joy:

[anthonys735]

^Speaking of stealing takes like Richie. Wonder where you heard that one?

[BBdK]

Tony, not sure what you're referring to, but I can assure you that nobody is ever going to steal one of your sports takes. Rest easy, bub - you're safe.

[catsfanbgky]

It sure looked like one of the assistant coaches knocked the chair out of DeSousa's hands as he was walking toward the K-State player.

The guy wearing the white skinny jeans deserved the **** beat out of him. Dude was holding his own until he got shoved to the ground, then procedes to get curb stomped. i Wish Self would have some how got mixed up in the melee and somebody would have pulled his hair piece off like unmasking a wrestler back in the day.

The Castle in Versailles is for sale again despite constantly hosting a variety of events. Seems like it’s never going to be a viable commercial property because if what the people who own it now are doing doesn’t work nothing will.

Hey Krazykat, ever thought about buying a real life honest to god CASTLE?

[MaxPowerrr]

Down Home* Bourbon

It's a f***ing medieval castle in the middle of Kentucky.

[PTI Anon1640710541]

I can't even keep up with whatever the current concept is at the corner of High and Euclid, but "medieval castle" is probably next in line. It just may work.

[krazykats]

As fun as it may be, if I buy anything else before buying my wife a house I honestly think she will have a breakdown.

wonder if they’d consider a lease!

[justa]

Sure you could find a spot to throw an above ground pool, the whole fam is happy.

[mashburned]

The Krazy Kastle of Versigh ------ posted up on a big flashing *** three dimensional neon sign thing.

The things you could do with that place, man. Not trying to tell you what to do with your new castle, but the grounds are humongous. You could easily put a nice dog track there. Might as well relocate the treasury department because you would printing your own money with all the dog racing and bourbon slanging. Make a darn good n fancy ***** house, too. That's probably what it was built for.
