What kind of barrel picks are you wanting? There are plenty of Facebook groups that do them but they create a demand for them to the point some people end up left out.

I believe, and I am sure you could find out, if you want a full proof or Cask Strength pick it would have to be a product of that label.

so I printed one on paper Kroger bags (cut to 8.5x11), printed one with the phrase “purple monkey screwdriver” inserted randomly in every line of text, printed one where every word was either just magenta, yellow, or cyan ink,
Very well done [laughing]

There was a dude in my class in middle school who came in 3rd in the National Geographic Bee as a 7th grader. The following year he got this question in the first round of our in class preliminary session: Which city is further west - Reno or Las Vegas?. He said Las Vegas and was eliminated. Talk about a dude who didn’t want a participation trophy.

Are you sure you're remembering that correctly? Reno is pretty obviously west of Las Vegas - they're in the same state, but Reno is on the west side of it, while Vegas is on the east side of it.

The more commonly asked version of the question is this: Which is farther west, Reno or San Diego, CA?

It's Reno, which is surprising to many because 1) California is west of Nevada 2) San Diego is on the west coast, but Reno is clearly not.

I got a 67-F in AP English third quarter because I turned in all of my portfolio assignments late and got a 0/400 with 900 points available for the quarter.

But, I still had to turn them in to graduate, so I printed one on paper Kroger bags (cut to 8.5x11), printed one with the phrase “purple monkey screwdriver” inserted randomly in every line of text, printed one where every word was either just magenta, yellow, or cyan ink, and I forget how I did the last one.

I helped tank our school’s KERA funding and still got my UK English credit with a 4 on the exam.

Sounds about right.

I was also on the HS quick recall team my junior year. I attended one match (Villa Madonna) and went 2 for 3. Put it on my college applications and retired immediately.

Anytime you can walk into the half against such a talented, well coached, highly regarded team with a lead of six whole points, you take it. Proud as hell of this scrappy band of misfits.

Most every game is going to be a war for this team. Just be glad we aren't in the Big 10 or Big East this year.

Richards is the oldest player in the starting lineup, and has consistently improved by leaps and bounds each of his 3 seasons in college. If you've followed sports the last 2 million years or so, none of this should sound surprising.

The best player on the court is a guy who reclassified.

We're gonna be ugly all year, that's a given. But amazing how much better of an overall team we are with the condensed rotation.
