Someone needs to do a super cut of the coaches' channel. You get good stuff like this, but it's too distracting to watch along with the game so you miss it

I mean, has there ever been a more deserving Champion?

Add to that the stories of runaway Heisman Burrow and Coach O redemption. In the Superdome. This has to be pinnacle for LSU fan, damn. I'm not sure how it could get any better for them.

Need a PTI(pti) NOLA recap.

You could replace "Herbie" with "Willy" and still be correct.

* Good ol' Robbie. When there's a comment about a guy sucking another guy off, you just know he's gonna be involved.

* Rack BBdK. LSU is the most deserving champion ever with that list of victims.

* I did want my Bungles to trade down and get a bunch of 1st & 2nd rd picks, but now they have to draft Big Dick Joe. What a player. Too bad this will be the last game he ever wins.

* I don't like this 6:30 Wednesday night tip at SC. Weird things happen in that Rooster Shack. Hope we take care of biz and leave healthy.

You serious? Sign me up for PERMA SEC Away game 6:30 tips.

No waiting around, no having to stream the first segment of the game, no being up til midnight+ w/ redass...could go on and on. Have a few drinks, watch kates, and in calm down mode by 9pm. /old :fire:

For my viewing pleasure, it is fine... if I can get out of work by then.

I don't like it throwing my Cats off their game.

-We may very well end up with the most deserving college football champion in the same year as the weakest college basketball champion.

-There is not a single thing about Chris Fowler that says "this is a big game". But I don't know who else ABC/ESPN would put there now that Musburger is gone. It's just not a real strong stable of play-by-play guys over there.

-Countless articles and features about Coach O already, but to get the absolute fullest appreciation for how far this guy has come, check out "Meat Market" by Bruce Feldman. It's 13 years old, but is still a great read on college football recruiting, and spends much of the book focused on Orgeron. There is gonna be a "30 for 30" about that guy someday.

-It's just a promo, but the commercials for that upcoming Bulls miniseries almost give me chills. The clips of all those people sitting down for interviews, timed with that music, man.

I own Meat Market if anyone wants it. Needless to say, Orgeron’s tearing-his-shirt off antics didn’t play well in hoity toity Oxford.

-Let the band play "Neck" :joy: 70k LSU fans, little kids, old ladies, businessmen, crazy cajuns, psycho drunk pregnant chicks all screaming -> "Suck that Tiger DICK *****!!"

That's so great.

-Not great staying up until 1am with 6a alarm set. Workout was sluggish to say the least. Desk nap is going to be required around 2p.

-I agree with Papa Maxey, his son's defense is really underrated. Has to be one of the best freshman guard defenders under Cal.

- :eyes: Shai, gracious.

-6:30p throws everything off. Hard for REAL Dads to get home, get the kid fed, both workout, and ready before the game starts. I do appreciate being done early but that extry 1/2 hour would help.

-Cajun for lunch might be a solid play to celebrate our title.

330pm tip! :scream:

OBJ let loose last night.

I have some doubts about Lawrence in the NFL. Still think he will be successful, but not the slam dunk everyone says he is. He did not like the physicality of that game.

What about the real moms, dog moms and cats moms? Especially moms that walk in the door at 6. That tip time sucks.

Every time there is a potential targeting call and they start listing caveats, it feels like a Choose Your Own Adventure to get to the call. What a weird infraction.

Joel Klatt was talking the difference between him and Burrow, save the arm, is the ability to throw in windows and lead the receiver. Says Clemson, given all the misdirection, really runs a basic offense. He needs a QB guru and better coaching or it will take him longer to mature.

Jaimanthony being inconvenienced is just icing on the 40th birthday cake.

-Old Forester announced today an update to its single barrel program that will change to allow patrons to have their selection bottled at proofs other than the old standard 90 proof: 100 proof and unfiltered barrel strength.

“Since our founding 150 years ago, we’ve always listened to our customers and looked for ways to innovate to meet their tastes,” said Jackie Zykan, Old Forester Master Taster. “Proof and filtration are both really important factors in the final flavor and complexity of a whisky, and we wanted to be able to share how special some of these barrels are when the product inside is tasted in raw form.”

According to the press release: Barrels that produce 100 proof bourbon will yield approximately 200 bottles at a suggested retail price of $49.99. Depending on the proof, Barrel Strength bottles will yield approximately 160 bottles at a suggested retail price of $79.99. With the change, Old Forester’s 90 Proof Single Barrel offering will be eliminated

But help is on the way. ESPN is plotting to make Tony Romo a record breaking offer to snatch him up from CBS. Romo calling that game last night would have been priceless.

I defend 99.9% of the hits on those calls with excuses like "nothing he could do, it it was a bang-bang play", "the offensive player lowered his head too", or "c'mon, this is football, not tennis". The call on the hit from the LB of Clemson last night was beyond reproach. What the hell was Skalski thinking?
