Champagne doesn't suck. It's great. Agree with the 2nd part tho. Why spend a ton on it unless it's a really special occasion? Especially when there's a really good chance you destroy the bottle with that dumb sword.
We bought a gate for our first anniversary. Pretty special.
I just can't think of anything more you than opening a bottle of champagne with a sword.
Maybe some math nerd can come up with a slick sounding formula that describes the relationship between money spent on luxury goods vs. the ability of the purchasers to discern the alleged benefits.

Ordered a mimosa with ap.com in KC before the Auburn game. She DID NOT use the suggested method of keeping your thumb over the cork. As soon as she loosened the cage the cork burst, bounced off the ceiling like a rocket, and the entire contents of the bottle sprayed out all over the bar, register, and herself. She was drenched. It was 9am and she was supposed to work a 12 hour shift. Since then I have always covered the cork.
Best Italian dress shoe? Looking to stay under $1,250.
