My jeans are more expensive than 90% of khakis - they are dark and crisp and look extremely formal and go great in most occasions. Apparently you slobs are wearing Lees or some ****.

I'm sure 300lb Edna from HR eye f*cks the **** out of you in your expensive jeans, otherwise, no one gives a damn.

Start off with “Drinksgiving” Wednesday night with about 60-80 friends at a local bar. Since I can’t drink anymore I make sure the drunks get to the right house afterwards.
Catch a couple hours of sleep then go fishing in the morning (get to fish places that are posted thanks to the khaki clad clan going to grandmas). Post pics of said fish to the jealousy of my hungover, fellow fishing friends.
The rest of the day is relaxing all smoked up watching sports/movies. No running around, drama or family!! Profit
Rinse, repeat for Bassmas

Nice little weekend trip out to Telluride/Ouray area, just a gorgeous part of the country. Worship.

I'm walking into my Thanksgiving like I'm walking into the box seats at Keeneland: blazer by Hardwick, pants by Peter Millar, horse-print bow tie by Meeks Fashion, jockey motif belt from Logan's, socks from the Keeneland Shop and Williams Wingtip Oxfords by Cole Haan.

Should work well with my 8-year-old palate of turkey, corn, mac and cheese and 4 rolls (buttered up real good) only.

Will gladly accept a cold crispy boy to wash it down if offered.

Team SAE and Rich from here-on-out with the holiday attire.

Enjoy being on the wrong side of history. Dressing and stuffing (especially with dumplings) are one of the best Turkey Day sides, imo. Other than mac and cheese, probably my favorite.

Do you have chicken nuggets and a brownie w/ that?

The amazing thing about ND not selling out is there is literally nothing else to do in South Bend. And it’s that extra depressing November in Indiana weather.

I’ll bet the Notre Dame version of TMFH and Toots are losing their collective *****.

Far be it for me to disagree with such an expert on "sides" such as uko is.

Never claimed that, but the lifelong dressing vs. stuffing debate always was a farce....it all sucks and no, yours or yours or yours is not the best.

We generally only have 1 "common" side and those are green beans. The rest are a variety or casseroles and so forth.

Seems like we're having this conversation a little early this year, quite frankly. Can't you guys wait another week to hash out all of your gluttonous plans, or FAT?

Are mashed potatoes not a "common" side?

I knew better to agree with UKO, was just a matter of time before he would touch it up.

Thursday Drive by

- Utz Honey Wheat Braided Pretzels are our office crack at the moment. Can't keep those 56oz barrels full at all. We're one #3 since Halloween.

- Went down a weird rabbit hole of old KET shows we'd watch in elementary school: The Polka Dot Door, Tomes & Talismans, Read All About It, All About You, Animal Alphabet, Zoo! Zoo! Zoo!

When the teacher brought the TV belted down to the wheeled cart...fists pumps all around.

"Come out to the zoo, zoo, zoo
Let's go out to the zoo, zoo, zoo
There's lots to learn and see and do
When you come to the zoo..
."

That "Zoo" opening always reminded me of the last seasons of Three's Company's opening theme.

- Wasn't a fan at first, but think I've come around on the Tue/Wed Christmas days off at work this year. Monday should have everyone mailing it in, so I'm treating it as a semi 5-day weekend. Then two throwaway days and we are right back to the same thing the following week.

- Said goodbye to satellite and all YouTubeTV/Netflix now. Sucks that I have to still use Cincinnati locals. Assuming if I logged into YouTubeTV in, say, Vegas, will I get still get WLWT or KSNV for NBC?

- GAMBOL (football) this Saturday:

- Sparty +13.5
- Florida -7
- UMass +39.5 (Northwestern has scored 100 points all year and now they want to have them cover that spread? Oh well if I'm wrong)
- UGA -2.5
- Texas +7
- Baylor O67.5
- Cards U55.5

- MattsCats' Current Mixtape Randoms:

Paul McCartney - Let Me Roll It
Dean Martin - Arrivederci Roma
Ennio Morricone - The Ecstasy of Gold
Nirvana - Where Did You Sleep Last Night (Unplugged)
Oingo Boingo - No One Lives Forever
