A shot in the head cheater fired from South Florida and a serial drunk driver were 100 times better assistant coaches than what we have right now.

This staff has gone from the Hell’s Angels to the Golden Girls and we’re the ones paying for the shower.

Assistant coaches aren’t the biggest problem, but they’re a microcosm of the program trajectory.

Whoa! We have a baseball player on the team! How crazy is that! Hoo boy, this is wild! Our coach is neglecting his job and it's forcing us to find warm bodies on the other athletic teams! How crazy is this! You people want to come watch a practice! Whoa! You're crazy! #FreeMattJones #Bluegetsin

BBN is a massive entity of fans who care a f*ck ton about basketball and we're being abused as a cash grab and a joke by everyone involved. The radio dorks, the head dork in charge who's been half-assing it for going on 5 years, his assh*le assistants who are just cashing checks for nothing, and recruit after recruit we end up following and finishing 2nd for just because they want the clicks.

Glad everyone gets to cash in off of honest people genuinely caring about something.

I am sorry I wasn't able to do more tonight while watching the game at my house. I will try harder in the future.

Crappy loss. Top 5 worst regular season one in Kentucky history....and bizarre because Evansville probably will finish middle of their conference. We weren't able to get easy baskets in transition tonight and without that, we aren't very good

Railing on the fans/crowd.... what a bizarre thing to try and focus on tonight. Jeez.

"Hey, guys, the team gave a lukewarm, half-assed effort tonight and embarrassed themselves on a national level. And you ungrateful bastards were too busy to pay to come see it!"

She blasted Harris as being 59, lol.

It isn’t cute. She’s trying to get her degrees. His toxic fandom is the problem. The students need safe spaces, not basketball seats.

From The Athletic's Britt Robson in describing why Andrew Wiggins is playing so much better this year:

The Timberwolves have installed an offense that is tailor-made for the virtues of his game, provided he is willing and aware enough to match his strengths with the prevailing opportunities. By bringing Towns out of the paint on most offensive possessions, and playing small-ball with Robert Covington as a stretch power forward, the coaching staff has removed two impediments that clogged his driving lanes during the Thibodeau days, when KAT and Taj Gibson were hitched up on either side of the post. More than that, the positioning of personnel in the new scheme has made opposing defenses concentrate their attention on two bigs who are, respectively, deadly and formidable shooting from outside.

Good God, Calipari pretty much is Tom Thibodeau these days....

And yes, obviously Richards isn't the shooter Towns is, but the Warriors won how many titles with Jordan Bell/Kevin Looney basically setting picks and dive bombing to the rim.

There is absolutely nothing John Calipari is doing right now that justifies his absurd salary.

Recruiting - Nope
Coaching - Nope
Scheming - Nope

He's fallen behind the times, is too stubborn to change, and has hitched his wagons to his terrible staff other then KP.

It's turning into Tubby and Ball Line D all over again.

Also Cal bitching about Kentucky State playing Zone in the preseason over and over is rich as hell. We are going to see zones all year why not see one in an exhibition?

I think a lot of folks are overreacting a bit, and how can I blame you when we werent good enough to handle Evansville. But how about this- we have 5 days to get ready for the next game and I really think that maybe if Cal *COMMITS* to being better and if he doesnt have any other big commitments this week and if Brad doesnt have a game he has to fly back and forth to- he could have this group ready to potentially knock off Utah Valley.

Damn, poor Brax. Of alllll the potential “first game in Rupp with my little boy!” scenarios, he was lucky enough to get the most human dog **** one of all time. I’m guessing the ice cream machines were broke, too. Probably 10 degrees walking back to the car.

Cal doesn’t give a f about our dreams, and I’m sick of it.

I had to attend a dinner for a local charity and missed the game live, my phone blowed up so I knew what happened before watching on dvr.

The bottom line is Cal recruited a team like Villanova and is trying to play like his old Memphis teams with Rose and CDR.

We passed up open 3 after open 3 in favor of driving into the teeth of the D and throwing up garbage. In Cal’s mind we are putting pressure on the defense, in my mind we are bailing them out for anyone other than Maxey because he’s our only decent finisher.

We shouldn’t post anyone, ever. Sestina should be strictly pick and pop (and if he doesn’t start shooting it I wouldn’t play him) and Richards pick and roll. Posting either is a wasted possession and we waste a LOT of possessions.

Our D is good enough, although I agree with wcc it would be nice to see a change up occasionally. But it’s not like they torched us, we just continually coughed the ball up without getting a shot or just threw garbage at the general direction of the goal while trying to drive by a help defender.

What a kick in the jimmy Sat/last night was.

Pretty much done with the reclassifying 18-year olds. Well, at least in terms of thinking those children are going to save our program. It's ironic that anyone would ***** about John's recruiting when we just got beat at home by a bunch of 0-stars.

Go after the best guys every single year, by all means. But we need some grown *** men. 3-5 year players, grad transfers, mission serving Mormons, Europeans, dudes who forge their birth certificate, players who just got out of a long stint in the joint, whatever.

More adults, please.

I can't decide if last night's loss was a baffling display of the staff and players completely mailing in a game or a glimpse into what we are going to see from a team without shooting and spacing.

Until this game, this team has looked absolutely filthy. While everyone loves Sweet Walter McCarty, he doesn't know any coaching moves that Tom Izzo doesn't (I don't think). So I am hopeful it is the former.

Cal said after the game that Hagans was hurt. If so, he should have sat. We still have two other McDonald's All-American point guards. If we can't beat Evansville with a lineup of Maxey, Quickley, Whitney, Sestina, and Richards with Brooks off the bench, what are we doing?

What a dumpster fire disaster of a game.

Have you considered a welding certificate, strokin?
Better to become an Iron Worker and move to the promised land of NKY, IMO. There are currently ~600 iron workers (and apprentices) in Cinti Metro, ~200 of them will be gobbled up by the Amazon project for the next 10 years. And Amazon will eat first (throwing cash).
