- PJ earned my eternal respect in the tournament. Dude balled out. Hell, besides FTs, he was a monster against Kansas State - a game many UK fans here and around the Commonwealth forget we lost.

- Embiid’s a loudmouth doosh.

- I love Jim Rome always and forever. He’s provided me with so many laughs through the years.

The rooks having such early success has almost made me forget about losing an Elite 8 game to Bruce Pearl.

Congrats! You've been selected for the ***** Bus!

Had to give a deposition 6 years ago in bankruptcy court for the company that I was controller. Honestly I've never been so damn nervous, just 2 forensic accountants grilling me for 6 hours on where I may have happened to hide $ for the owner during Chapter 11. Unfortunately for them I didn't remember a thing

Not going to lie, the ***** bus seems pretty fun. You know Booker has some good Japanese imported bourbon on that thing.

I know anth and BBdK use to pimp making smash burgers and the one time I tried my cast iron skillet wasn't big enough so I'm going to get a griddle for my grill. Do you all use a trowel and wallpaper scraper that Lopez-Alt recommends or does a heavy duty spatula and normal press suffice?

When I make them in my wet kitchen, I use a heavy duty spatchula, and press on it w/ a potato masher. Works perfectly.

That is exactly what I do.

Cricket, the key is a hot skillet/griddle.

Here is my method... 1 lb of 80/20. Divide into 6 loosely packed balls.

Cook for exactly 1 minute then flip and smash. Press those edges to get them a little crisp. I usually flip it again and throw a slice of American on there.

Cooking it for 1 minute before flipping and smashing keeps it from sticking and falling apart.

I thought the whole reason they get a crispy crust is because they do stick and you scrape them off. I don't have a range hood so I'll be making them outside, so heat shouldn't be a problem.

-aint no party like a ***** bus party.

-that was out of character, todd.

-found a nearly dead field mouse in my office this morning...covered it with a booklet "tent" so it could expire in relative peace. Didnt have the heart to expedite w/ my boot...plus there is a chance it's only disoriented.

I love KAT and all, but I’m pretty sure I could kick his ***.

40 degrees, sleet, raw skies *kisses finger tips like a chef* this is some Halloween weather baby. My 8 year old is going as Marshmello (the dj) and my daughter is going as a police officer (see Facebook). My oldest is not going, at least not tonight. Dude is still getting over a pretty rough bout with Pneumonia. Was kinda scary earlier this week when we didn’t know what was going on. Luckily he appears to be on the upswing because he finally asked for something to eat after 4 days of sleeping and puking, and he’s currently playing fortnite and I just heard scream “suck my balls” so guess he’s feeling like himself again.

Wendy’s baked potato and chili for dads lunch. Wonder what kind of uptick Wendy’s sees on days like today? It’s perfect ****** weather food. Almost never go there unless it’s below 50 degrees.

Christmas tree goes up this weekend, and Sunday family movie night goes into holiday mode. Can’t wait.

Every NBA GAMBOL (last night's Celts game as example...took BOS ML):
Me: Welp, Celts down 19, looks like we'll take the loss on this.
Later, also me: The Celts are up 10?

:eek:kay:[banana]

But also goes both ways, so.....[eyeroll]:uzi:

-Keep an eye out for the "fun bus".

We're going to need a bigger ***** bus pretty quickly, IMO. Already running out of window seats.

-You're definitely sitting ***** on the ***** bus.

-I don't use cast iron, for starters. Mine is seasoned too well I can't get the patties to stick. I use a 12.5" stainless steel pan screaming hot. Minute per side. Metal spatula with tenderizer mallet to press it down. Bacon on one and cover both patties with American cheese. Toasted potato or brioche buns. I caramelize onions as an additional topping if people choose and if it's not a lot of people I add those under the cheese on the non-bacon patty.

-1792 Full Proof score today.

-Fall is so great. 44 degress and sideways rain.

I'm talking about the meat sticking to the spatula.

I just told you how to make them. I have done it this way dozens of times and they turn out excellent every time.

I was just trying to help you out. But, hey, what do I know?
