NYC is a reflection of America. It’s got every pro/con, but amplified. If you’re mega rich, it’s the only place to live… for everyone else, it is a life suck. Visiting is fine.
Suggestion: Take the ferry from Montauk to Block Island. Hike Mohegan Bluffs and dinner at Spring House Hotel. Profit.
You might try some zoysia grass, Irish. It’s a lot more forgiving than Bermuda. Hell I’m even able to make it look passable in NKY. I’m sure it would thrive where you are at.

- Jordan Wicks, Cubs 2021 first round pick, got his second win today. 24YO lefty and I didn’t know we had any ready to come up and face this level yet. Color me impressed so far at 2-0 with a 1.80ERA.
Still no word on tonight’s pitchers but based on energy level earlier I like the road team!
- No official approval was sent today, BUT I’ve been all but guaranteed I will receive it next week.
