Bubba it’s been 16 months since my folks passed and my stepsister is in control of my parents stuff. My other stepsister is hiring an attorney to sue the estate for her 25%.

It was wild for awhile but we were dealing with 2 dementia people and COVID. I was 100% to blame because I just refused to put them in home, and I was wrong for that. That said, knowing I was wrong I’d never put them in a home if I had to do it over.

If your dad does not have a POA, or a well documented will I’d suggest starting an estate for his ****. That puts an attorney in control at the end of the day, but also all of his stuff in a protected place.

I’d also suggest filing for emergency guardianship, thats what I did for my mom to stop her and her sisters from divorcing my stepdad to get half of their stuff out from under him/them.

I burnt a lot of bridges in my family during that time, and everyone of them have privately reached out to make things right. True colors were shown, and I will eventually get less than had I let people destroy my family of 35 years and a man that helped my mom out of an abusive marriage. But what’s right is right, and since I was expected to apologize I still have burnt bridges and I’ll be honest, the lord has blessed me 100x since then in ways I can’t explain, or won’t explain.

Keep your head right and do what’s right. I’m nothing, but if you ever needed to reach out for any advice of doing what’s best and telling people to kiss your ***, I’d be glad to help ya.

Had so much blonde when partying in the middle of nowhere we’d just take bites out of bricks. Pretty dry and beers helped but compared to peyote, shrooms or mesq it was easier and worked better.
Of course the only hand sanitizer we had was the side of your pants or shirt so safety be damned.

-I am POA just fyi and the POS got dad to sign new paperwork making it him which won’t stand up in court or Schwab or the bank.

And Idgaf about posting it on here because everything I’ve said is factual and true backed up but doctors notes and lawyers and the will.

-I’m good just have to vent it out somewhere. Preciate it.
-Canoeing on the Elkhorn tomorrow with two of my oldest pals, will be an awesome retreat. No much resets your overall well-being like some time in nature.

Hoping to btodd it and hit on some hot chicks while covered in fish guts, apparently that’s the move according to him.

Well I was a few bourbons in last night and wordy, but Rogue POA probably doesn’t mean exactly what you think it does. I could be wrong and maybe it’s very clear to you.

That said I’d go file for emergency guardianship. With what just happened you have grounds for it and would get it easy and that would actually make you solely in control not just power to sign documents.

Yeah I get that(also figured out what POA means the hard way obviously) and maybe may do it but I only want temporary guardianship. If I get permanent, I or dad can’t move out of Fayette county without approval from a judge and then when I move him to WV to his mom and brothers house so I can go back to Florida we’d have to do the whole process over there which can take up to two months each time.

I don’t have the patience or sanity to stay here for 4 more months, plus I’d like to secure a gig/abode before season starts.

Plan is to move him to WV soon and that’s just where he lives after that. POS doesn’t have the balls to show up there knowing it uncle will kick his *** if be shows up and/or call the police on him.

Just give your toddler a fresh daily supply of snugly fitting N95 masks and have him swap out for a new one at daycare each time he comes in contact with anyone who might be affected while paying careful attention to avoid touching his mask with his hands or allowing the mask to get wet and this will all be over with.
Basically what Andy told us, except according to him even that was not safe enough for the 2 years he kept kids locked out of schools. Wish dems had a candidate that could get king Andy outta that governor’s mansion.

- Man, Rogues stories make me think the treatment I get from my family is actually normal. Not really but silence and isolationism is not as bad as WTF he is going through. I do compliment you on what you are going through and how you are trying to help your father.
- Mine no longer lives in the USA and I haven't seen him in 3 years. Hopefully can visit in the next couple of months.
- Bought a 20 year old Scotty Cameron mallet putter at Edwin Watts yesterday. Looking forward to seeing it in the trenches tomorrow.
- So Wembanyama slapped my girl Brittney and got posterized already? I am calling bust now.
- I like this Chris Eubanks at Wimbledon. Never heard of him before but like how he plays.
- Let's keep this hot streak going Redsox.
- What is everybody going to think about UK if they get hammered 3 games next week?
- Got an MRI Friday. Have been dreading it for months not because of the potential results, but because of that damn coffin machine. Not totally claustrophobic, but I can think of 1000 places I'd rather be. Have really been dreading it more and more as yesterday got closer. So Thursday night, I am watching my DVR of the Redsox game and fast forwarding the commercials. Something catches my eye and I rewind it and it is a trailer for Insidious: The Red Door. Not even sure why I kept watching cuz I'm not a horror fan, but sure enough, the star is getting an MRI and he is all up in there and everything goes dark. He is yelling out hello, and looks down at his feet, and here comes this Insidious creature up in the machine after him. HOLY WTF GET ME THE PHUCK OUT OF HERE!!!
Needless to say, that was tough to watch 12 hours before my appointment. I did keep my eyes closed the entire procedure. LOL

In all fairness, at least last season, Cason was the creator. There wasn’t another guy on the team to create and kick to Cason like he got in everyone of those shots.

If you say wheeler…………just don’t! Don’t say Wheeler!

Stolen bases are up this year partially due to the pickoff rules and larger bases, but I’m seeing a lot more steals like the one EDC just had of home where the pitcher and catcher/other fielders aren’t paying attention for a second and they make a break for it:. Acuna had done that several times (albeit of third instead of home). I think this is awesome and great for baseball btw.

Elly is scoring 1 run per game, which is absolutely bonkers and his most underrated stat. He scores runs in ways when almost everyone else in baseball wouldn’t even get to 1st. It’s unreal.

On pace for about 150 runs and 100 stolen bases [laughing]

BUT NOT AGAINST MAJOR LEAGUE PIT…..[sick]

-yeah, but Acuna once ate a sandwich without using his hands.
