So some guy across the river from Ft. Thomas lined up his 3 young sons and shot them execution style?

Does Ohio have the ability to just go ahead and put the guy to death?

Horrifying. They gave him a $20 million bond. He won't survive 2 years I would bet

If they don't find that sub on top somewhere, then it's game over for all those tourists. And I don't even want to see pics of what the inside of that sub is going to look like.

Guy in FT. Thomas will be dead in a year in prison.

Redsox win 6th in a row.

Cubs? LOL I pay more attention to the Al-Qaeda 8th grade girls softball team.

The evil in this world is spreading. And it’s getting stronger.
Statistically it’s the safest time to ever be alive.

I read somewhere recently, if you take out Chicago, LA, NYC we drop to like 155th in the world in murder by gun per capita.

You act like this dad shooting his kids has never happened before, that one chick drove her kids into a lake in the 90s.

Don’t be a chicken little Wynn

Sunset doesn't start getting earlier until July 5th though so we still have 2 more weeks of night time sun. I don't really care when the sun is up in the morning as long as it's before I get up at 7.

* Heading out west tomorrow morning at 7:05am.

Big race --> Western States 100 starts at 5am local time Saturday. Leggo.

* Gonna take a couple of days after to go visit Yosemite and hoping to get a permit to hike Half Dome. If I can hide from the liberals and the taxes and all the crazy left wing lunatics I feel like the National Park should be quite enjoyable.

* Update on Elly de la Cruz. He actually hasn't been hitting well at all thru his first 13 games, but over the course of 150 games, his stats would look something like this....

- 310 batting average
- 370 on base %
- 150 runs
- 75 rbi
- 25 home runs
- 75 stolen bases (0 caught stealing)

That's an MVP award waiting to happen. Also playing very good D, and he's the youngest player in baseball. Not bad for a guy who [insert all the insults thrown at john sadak].

* <-- firmly aboard the Jacob Kauwe bandwagon.

* Raising Cane's founder Todd Graves showed up at a bar in Omaha that tracks which team's fans buys the most shots.

To go ahead and put the record way out there, he dropped $30,000 on 6,000 shots.

Reminds me of all those times Wodie Sloot dropped a hundo to hear Dinosaur, or sitting in a dueling piano bar when they play that stunt with opposing team's fight songs. Only infinitely dumber.

* Kelly Craft was the US Ambassador to Canada, and the US Ambassador to the United Nations. All bought with her husbands money. Lotta people forget that. So blowing billionaire cash purely for political gain wasn't all for naught.

* About to go pack for a week. Should take me upwards of 5 to 6 minutes. It's a solid 4 day project for the lass, and she doesn't even bring her Vitamix.

* Reds just DFA'd Wil Myers, their 2nd-highest paid player. Good reminder about all those insufferable fools who insist the only way to win is to spend $$$ in free agency.

* Can't believe I haven't watched Righteous Gemstones. I'm ashamed. Starting today.

* If you like a thick girl with a juicy butt, a young Nicki Minaj really did the trick. As a reminder....

But this new Insta nonsense where girls are just plain fat and gross....ugh. This is why China is kicking our ***.

* Search crews for the OceanGate vessel have reported loud banging.

Unfortunately, that's probably just Vern's mom.

WHAT’S GOING ON IN YOUR WORLD?!

🤮

If it’s a designed business related get together ie coffee, lunch, work dinner, happy hour and or networking event. Let’s talk shop. That’s what’s we’re here for.

If it’s a Saturday night and I’m enjoying a domesto and hopefully what will be an agreeable meal amongst friends and I hear this phrase I literally want to walk to the other side of the room. Let’s talk music, sports, trips, bust each other’s balls, etc.

I appreciate people showing any interest in my boring job but good grief that generic phrase is absolutely nauseating.

I’m just going to start making **** up the next time I hear that at a social event.

“We’ll, I’m about to join the circus”.

“My dog is training for the Golden Retriever Olympics that will be in held in Beliz next summer. He has a good shot at the 40 yard dash. Fingers crossed.”

“I’m thinking about picking up culinary lessons and opening up a Vietnamese food truck. Soft opening Spring 24. You’re invited.”

ANYTHING but what is going on in your world.

I’ve done the making stuff up bit to spice up painful small talk at parties. For awhile I had perfectly normal strangers thinking:

- I dated Jennifer Garner in college
- wrote a novel under a pseudonym and was going to law school for funsies
- was training for the Rugby World Cup

My grandfather started this tradition. Even in his old age he had people convinced he:

- won the national skate boarding championships in Chicago in 1968
- was the last person to beat Minnesota Fats in pool

Highly recommend.

My wife *DESPISES* when I do this when we are on vacation, which makes it that much more fun.

I’ve started going by Matteo at home. Ever since I told my kids about my landscaping days and the amigos all referred to me as Matteo, it’s really stuck with them. My 2 oldest boys have basically dropped dad all together for ‘Teo. I’m fine with it. Use it for my mobile lunch pickups now. Big upgrade from “Matt”, imo.

Spent the last 5 days in East Cobb Ga for a baseball tourney for my 11yo. I know most of y’all think travel baseball is insane and ridiculous, and you’re mostly right. But man, if you have a kid that is ate up with baseball then that place is the Mecca. It’s essentially Augusta National for youth baseball players. Beautiful fields, mature pine trees, magnolias and crape myrtles in the outfield. Stadium seating. Just a really cool experience. We got beat by the eventual champs who had a couple of 6’ 200+lb mutants, but I’d do it again. Just maybe in a few months.

I’m having a hard time laughing at many jokes about the people in the submarine. Did I hear correctly that 2 of the dudes are father/son? That’s kinda horrible if so. Can’t imagine.

I got all the way caught up on Marvel movies during covid but I gave up shortly after wandavision. They just started doing too much. I have a family. I can’t keep up with seven offshoots of one storyline.

Chris Stapletons voice is too good, and I have a problem with that. His music sounds like what AI thinks a country singer should sound like. Uncanny valley effect?

Max,

In honor of your grandfather I may need to borrow that Minnesota Fats bit. I’ll make sure to pay it back in the form of unlimited domestos on the house when the GYERO glow n the dark putt putt entertainment experience opens in 2027.

Speaking of which.. There’s another one I may use.

IM PART OF AN EXCLUSIVE CAT PAW COMMUNITY HAS A SPORTS BAR MEETS THE MINIATURE GOLF VERSION OF TOP GOLF IN THE WORKS BACKED BY HVAC AND BOURBON PRIVATE EQUITY.

Yeah the more info that comes about this sub, it’s legitimately horrible.

Sounds like they found it and it’s a matter of getting it up in time. I can’t even imagine. And the father/son combo makes the story worse.
Even if they retrieve and save these folks, they will be mentally f*cked up forever.

In addition to the normal reasons for hoping they survive, if things have gone south and they bring this sun up someone is gonna release pictures of the inside in the internet and nobody needs to see that.

I’m gonna go back and watch Joe Burrow highlights now…

Wouldn't it just look like they're asleep? It's suffocation.

Even if they retrieve and save these folks, they will be mentally f*cked up forever.
I'm sure the billions of dollars they're worth will make them feel better.
