Ahead of the hearing, attorneys for Aldrich submitted a court filing stating the suspect identifies as non-binary.

“They use they-them pronouns, and for the purposes of all formal filings, will be addressed as Mx. Aldrich,” the court document noted.
The public defender’s office is representing Aldrich and has declined all requests for comment, citing office policy.

Yeah, about that. It's unreal how often they get this stuff wrong initially. Wonder if they'll apologize? Prolly not.
The frequent references to how shooters were known within intelligence circles - and sometimes even actively meeting w/them is - something else
Did anyone else know about the penalty assessment that apparently always occurs when USC & UCLA play while both wearing their home colors?
Cause apparently having both teams wear home uniforms is a penalty assessed at kickoff -
And apparently - at least starting around 2009 - theres been a cycle of :
1) UCLA penalized at kickoff for wearing home unis
2) USC follows with calling a time out of their own in order to eliminate the advantage
Cant think of other teams that square off with both sides wearing home colors
There USED to be teams who chose to wear road / white uniforms at home when they hosted a team that preferred NOT to wear their colors ....
LSU is the one Ive always heard placed in that category -
Home teams choose white and force them to wear their purple (which was unlucky to the voodoo swamp people of the Pelican state??
In the NFL certain teams would do the same with the Dallas Cowboys who preferred not to wear their blue --
I love **** like that
PS : Belated Congratulations to Air Force on their overdue Commander in Chief Trophy & subsequent victories over Army and Navy
