Biden stated today in clear terms that if this came to pass, we (US) would essentially be at war. There is no walking back of those comments (comments which I don’t disagree with). And I think we are fully preparing for real, actual war, against touching Russia. Jesus Christ. If you look at the assets and people we (and the rest of nato) are moving into Eastern Europe, it’s undeniable. This isn’t any ********.
Now, if I’m putting odds on this, there is no way in hell Putin would actually go into a nato country. It would be the end of him (and maybe us lol). But, who knows.
One thing that is really cool about all this (if it’s possible to find a silver lining) is seeing all the nato countries stick together. It’s good to see that the old new world order is still kicking.

In lighter news, had lunch with my old man today, which is always a treat. One of his talking points involved the “transvestite people.” He just wanted to re-establish that he’s okay with whatever someone wants to do, in terms of having a dick or a *****. Completely understand what you’re saying, however a former President practically eating Putin’s *** with his glowing remarks is a little hard to stomach. I believe Russian state tv has been playing those comments as if a former American President approves of what’s happening in Ukraine, so that’s nice. I’ll always think it’s bizarre we had a POTUS who **** talked our allies on the regular while being complementary to dictators around the world. My wife is one quarter Ukrainian. Her father’s (your buddy Wayne) grandpa came over on the boat in the early 1900’s to work in the mines in Pennsylvania. Mining nasty **** that gave them all cancer. In his later life, he came to live with us.
I'd come home from school and he'd have a pyramid of beer cans stacked in the kitchen.

driving down to Lexington for the Alabama game last weekend, we passed a tour bus with UL athletics on the side. I’m sure it was swimming or something innocuous. But my son rolled down the window and gave the bus a vigorous double L’s down, coupled with whatever facial gesticulations accompany that on a nine year old. No reaction from the bus.
I gave him dj control, and he was playing Drake, and some guy named juice world, who I actually enjoyed. Then he asked if I could play him some “old school” hip hop. So he heard Doggystyle in its entirety. We finished the album in the parking lot of that shady *** gas station on Newtown.
