Anyone recommend Theragun or deep tissue (nodrbob) massagers generally? Not sure I believe the hype.
Massage Gun

irish, we got one of these instead of a Theragun. It's half the price and honestly I like it better. We've also only had to charge it like 2x in eight months, it lasts forever. It's not a cure-all, but it's absolutely clutch when your back/neck/whatever gets knotted up. I've had great experiences with deep tissue massage and dry needling as well, but those are more expensive and time-consuming so I don't get in as often as I'd like. But all three modalities can really help. Dry needling knocks out migraines for me for months at a time.

This is a beautiful sight. And we basically told the #8 guy we didn't have room for him.

A few years back, in the midst of renovating the already over-the top Sorority houses, they dropped a Starbucks right in the middle of them. I'd be willing to be its the busiest food/beverage location in the state. From open to close- its just incredibly packed. Whole section of campus smells of that pumpkin coffee.

"Pardon me- I wonder if you could tell me how to get back on the expressway?"
"Man, eff your mother"
"Thank you very much"

What producer thought it was a good idea for Norm Macdonald to go on the View? lulz. It would only be better if he appeared on today's version of that show- which is far and away the worst group of people to ever grace the stage at the same sitting. A completely ill-informed group of argumentative cry-babies that take their ball and go home when a differing opinion smacks them in the face. Norm couldve had a field day with them.

How difficult is it to sub contract out work right now? Seems most good tradesman are 12-15 weeks out. Just sitting on 1,000 square feet of our house thats to the studs right now.

Doesnt seem to be much hype for the UF/Alabama game coming up. There will be a time (has to be sometime soon) when Alabama falls back to earth. For every one of their fans that I like, there are a dozen that are obnoxious, entitled and insufferable. My wife included.

I mentioned in passing to my father in law a week or so ago that one of our TV's was about to go out and I was looking for another one. The next day he showed up (drove an hour each eay) and dropped off his TV, acting like he was doing me a favor giving me a 5 year old flat screen. Later that night he send me a picture from his living room. With a new 70+ inch TV in there. Old man knew what he was up to the whole time, as did I.

Also, Scott Padgett's son looks exactly like him, just in the size of an offensive lineman

Loved the Mashburn uniforms. I think 70% of high schools in KY had those during the mid 90s. What was the company who made them? Spotbilt or something? I remember Appalachian Athletics in the Harlan Mall had a mannequin wearing the full home authentic uniform and 10 year old me begged and pleaded for my folks to buy it for me. Apparently it was display only and probably 2x but I still wanted that MF as bad as anything that I've ever wanted.

I did buy the Apex Mark Pope white crazy striped ones that we wore in 94 and had the blue icicle shorts and I want to say the 00 jersey. I only got the blue denim shorts with the shoes for Christmas 96.

The 94 uniforms that we had in the Mardi Gras Miracle game was quite possibly my favorite of all the "gaudy" uniforms. Looking back, the mid 90s had some ugly *** uniforms (St. Johns and minnesota bar graph shorts, Bama/UGA giant Chevron shorts, Villanova's wonky script, etc) but they were sharp back in the day. Now I prefer the classy look but it'd be cool to see them come back for a game or two.

Those bitches were so uptight and unprepared and thrown off guard, I got secondary embarrassment on their behalf. What a genius. You could tell Barbara Walters, who is supposedly in the discussion for GOAT interviewer, was just begging him to play right into her.

bw = so, what did you think about the presidential election, norm?
nm = bush is corrupt and i think al gore won!
crowd = unrestrained glee, exuberance, raucous applause

False.
Instead:

Nm: We don't need anymore murderers in the White House.

Bw: Okay, Norm. That's enough let's move on.

Joy: Who's a murderer?

Nm: Bill Clinton. He killed a guy.

All three: No, no, no. You aren't going to make those accusations on this show.

Bw: You're supposed to be funny.

Nm: Wait you haven't heard about this?

Star: We don't need to hear about this.

Nm: I thought it was public record.

**All three get more pissed and chastise him**

Nm: Fine, MANSLAUGHTER.

🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

There is a possibility that Davion Mitchell could have broken the hair jinx last year.

I'm not buying the hair thing but if you look at championship teams of the past, most if not all the players didn't have crazy hair.
