Kaepernick can still eat ****. I didn't care that he took a knee nor did I care when he got fired due to a business decision.

If it takes Seal Team Six to stop these ******** tearing up our cities, good. They too can eat ****.

Dan Wolken is the worst person on Twitter. He can eat ****.

Nobody gives a damn when a white person is killed by the police. It barely makes the news. The media gets ratings broadcasting awful news. They do nothing but divide us. They can eat ****.

I had to cut dinner short tonight because Fischer is a tampon eating jizzbag and pit in a curfew. He too can eat ****.

I'm drunk. Have a great day.

How do we know the police didn't fire first? Why would their body cams be deactivated? Macatee was a respected, well known person in the community who from all accounts had a great relationship with the police. I find it hard to believe he would just start firing at law enforcement unprovoked. Based on the LMPD's behavior in the Breonna Taylor murder, it isn't far fetched. Imo, it's more than likely.

Oh for f@ck sake. You obviously haven't watched the video.

You mean well respected members of the community would never attempt to harm a police officer?

Like these 2 fine upstanding individuals?

Kaep is really the same guy as Tim Tebow -- was absolutely capable of being productive on an NFL roster for several more years, but their off-field headaches started to far outweigh their on-field ability.

Not a good spot for a professional football player. Or any other profession, really.

Please elaborate on Tebow's off the field headaches.

The same as Colin Kaepernick's. At the end of their careers, they were backup QBs -- both law abiding citizens -- but whose outspoken nature led them to completely dominate all the media attention.

If your 3rd string QB, or your backup punter, or you strength and conditioning coach get all the media attention -- you're gonna have problems.

Just remember that after this is all over the vast majority of these people who were willing and anxious to burn down cities and kill cops will go right back to living "normal" lives in and around you.

My UK sightings for you dorks...

~Heshimu Evans in the gym this a.m....hard to believe he is 45...still looks like he could go 40 minutes w/ ease.

Kenny Walker shopping in the At Home decor store this past weekend was pretty random....had some pillows and lamps.

~People huffing and puffing in the gym w/ masks on can't be good. I don't get it.

~Andy w/ a solid D on the CV19 issue to date. The only reason it isn't an F is our nursing home cases never really went out of control. The economic disaster he has contributed to will be a stain for a long time.

~Orlando golf trip for the 4th and pushed LV back to the fall...they should have the kinks worked out by then and people won't be attempting executions of cops on the strip.

~Lima beans are the worst...period.

Stay safe people...and don't shoot at cops.

As Rakim would say, "It's been a long time"

-I've spent the better part of this week recruiting and to say it's a wierd environment out there would be an understatement. Thanks to unemployment boosts there are a lot of folks that are fine waiting it out and taking a paid summer break. In this case, scared money does make money. If anyone knows of any experienced insurance sales people, have them holler, Cincy/Lex/NKY all good. I genuinely have a great opportunity for someone wanting to work.

-Anth, I'm with you on scheduling a vacation if for nothing but the anticipation. This never ending groundhog day has about broke me. I know some are hypothesizing that this disease may change social norms forever but just know as soon as it makes sense I'm turning into the hugging-est, hand shaking SOB you've met.

-I could lie and say there's a new summer ale that's tickled my fancy or a $70 bottle of bourbon that I've magically acquired but instead tonight it'll be Miller Lite, like it has for a while. Today may be the first day warm enough to drink and complain about the heat which is glorious.

-Had a kindergarten graduation on my front porch today with my son's teachers today. The pic of them all in masks will be one that I look forward to looking back on, regardless of it's surreality today.

-Lake Cumberland this weekend come hell or high water.
A post that deceptively appears to be the Webster's definition of white privilege.

Huh? Our LTC death % is 20pts over the national average, higher than most surrounding states, and one of the highest outside of the NE.

Not sure (and don't care) what gym you go to but nobody is wearing masks while huffing and puffing where I go.

Leading off "MY UK sightings for YOU".

Nobody asked you, nobody cares, and nobody is the least bit interested.

Condescending arrogance from the uneducated and self-unaware knows no bounds.

Outside of a half a dozen facilities..it has not went ballistic in the overall aspect. The data doesn't look good because of the hard hit locations, but it did not become a statewide mass death problem in these homes.

Lima Beans are a staple at the Dougan house. The key is getting the Foodhork kind and not the baby Lima’s. Cook them on the stove with a couple beef bouillon cubes - around 15 minutes slightly above a simmer until the beans are very soft.

You write this way and *really* expect people to think you know what you're talking about, on any subject?

Take a break and attend a Zoom course on first-grade grammar, Skippy.

Sprinks.

-Love hummus but man it f*cks me up. Probably have to lay off that sh*t from now on.

-Speaking of former UK players I haven't seen Chris Harrison in a long time and the last time he looked almost unrecognizable. Just a few years ago if you were on Maxwell there was a 75% chance you'd see him walking.

-Dabo had a rough week. All these comments should make for a lot of negative recruiting snippets. So go ahead and send that over to Jager. Now that Richt'r is gone Dabo can jump right into that sanctimonious hate slot.

-The racist version of #metoo is coming. Just watch.

-32.3 miles last night. Average was a bit below normal but really tough wind conditions and my legs were just not feeling it after my 55 minute lifting sesh that morning. Tallied 44 hours, 32 activities, 543 miles of training in May. For BBdk.

So if and when baseball comes back they aren't going to allow people in the stadium for a game where most ballparks are outdoors. Yet folks will be able to pack surrounding bars and restaurants to take in the action indoors.

Am told to wear a mask at the gym unless doing cardio or swimming, then you can take it off. But when you walk in the facility and use the locker room, mask up.

Back in the office since Monday and masks are required in common areas but if you're at your desk, on the phone, moving around in less congested parts of the building, no worries.

Amazing how we've been able to corral the virus to certain areas of establishments [eyeroll]

**After paying gym fees for years on end, then not going for a few months- the realization that all I did at the gym was run, bike, and basic bodyweight stuff with minimal actual weight lifting made it a pretty easy decision to go ahead and clip that monthly fee. I did enjoy the sauna/steam room but i'll manage.

****This time a year ago was when my wife discovered the 3 sewer cats in our back yard. One now resides in a barn on a 20-acre farm north of Tuscaloosa, one met a fate we arent really sure of- but logic says he was likely coyote'd, and the 3rd one- a gray cat that goes by the name Gray Cat- had his balls removed yesterday to prevent further damage. Upon getting him back home and my wife leaving a back door open he ran off still under the influence of sedatives and got his head stuck in a runoff pipe. I found him after about an hour and got him back out while my wife cried in the background. He resides outside so it will be interesting to see if he sticks around or just gives us an F You for removing my manhood and takes a hike down the road.

*****We had an officer killed overnight a few exits up the road in a non-protest related incident- judging by where it occurred (seedy motel) one would think it was tweaker related but they havent listed the suspects yet. Guy had survived a career in Bessemer (not great area) before moving out to a more rural post. Just received officer of the year, 50 yrs old. There is plenty of room for improvement in policing. Hiring practices, training, etc should all be under constant review. But we have to remember how difficult that job can be. It's certainly not just "oh look they gave the dumbest kids in your high school a gun and a badge" or whatever that popular twitter post was.

******Over time I think its fine for us to realize we dont have the world figured out. I've always thought I was in the clear bc I wasnt really raised to dislike anyone. If anything we probably hated anyone who lived east of Poplar Level Rd. Certainly am yet to meet anyone from Trinity thats worth much of my time. Nonethless, you can be a decent person and still have some room to be more compassionate to other demographics and the situations they endure. Admitting that doesnt make you a bad person.

*****Gyero was way out in front of Dabo being a bit of a quack. Bomani Jones had a good response to him.
