I was aware of Beale Street, just giving it a Nashville comparison.

As a city that may get halfass consideration of a NBA team we are sorely lacking that environment.

4th Street and now Main St aren’t really even comparing to that.

I hope you drank Corona’s and caught the virus!

"When a Kentucky baby is born, the mother naturally wants him to be President, like another Kentuckian, Abraham Lincoln. If not President, she wants him to play basketball for the University of Kentucky."
My mother wanted me in insurance and to post on message boards all the time. I’m cool with it.

No worries, I make my own Cajun Alfredo now days.

The lack of respect in this thread to such an extraordinary dish is unnecessary and disrespectful.

Outliers should be thrown out. That loss was so out of the statistical norm that it is basically irrelevant.

It depends on who lost. You can bet your GD *** if Duke had lost to Evansville in the exact same situation, they wouldn’t be punished nearly as bad. There would be a much bigger focus on having a starter out, another gimpy, beginning of November, and Evansville losing their coach later in the year.

I get it. It should cost us some. Cal is a GD idiot for playing and losing that game. But, it really shouldn’t be the primary focus of a season, and it shouldn’t cost us multiple seed lines. It seems like it’s become the go to justification to give us any dog **** seed the committee wants.

The committee may end up giving it the weight it deserves, but based on prior experiences, it’s going to be what they cherry pick to bend us over and f*ck us in the butthole.

EJ out and 2 players with the flu, yet the Evansville game will punish us no matter what we do until the tournament starts.

And they lose their coach and best player and go 0-18 in the MVC to boot.

The reason Japan has shut down schools and are not allowing fans to come to baseball games is to protect the Olympics. It means a lot to to them and they have spent a ton of money. They just do not want a pandemic to cancel it. A month of essentially quarantine situations and warmer weather should keep that from happening.

It definitely shouldn't cost us in the computers as much as it does and should be more a mocking point by the haters. Weird that it's basically the opposite.
