Much like a relationship, it always works out well when one side doesn't want to commit but then caves in later. Recipe for success

-Once more, huge props to Bryant HVAC (www.bryant.com). 17 year old furnace started acting up Friday. Called yesterday morning; replaced by 8:30 pm. Never a fun check to write but they make things about as painless as possible.

-Living room project complete. Wall removed between the den and formal living room; Sonos speakers installed in the kitchen and new GREAT ROOM to accompany the new TV. Been a nice lil investment that improves the living space here tenfold. Louisville Low Voltage is great for any AV needs, folks.
Removing walls is a step towards the smug life.

I don't like him to repeat now that his building permit to construct a house on site was denied.

Tough break.

Anyone wanna go to a Tuesday night UL game? [sick]

I have no interest, but I can at least see how someone with Belly's proximity could consider a top 5 matchup.

HARMON, otoh, texts me every other week from random OVC, MVC, or Women's venues across the South/Midwest. :joy:. On God. What a weirdo.

Traveling around the country to see random women's college basketball games is exactly the same level of weird as picking up a random hitchhiker and murdering them in the woods.

It probably happens at the same time.

Some young FBI agent is just now putting those pieces together to solve a string of murders at OVC cities.

You know what would make that new space perfect...a nice peloton bike.

A previous unranked team leaps into the top 5 after 2 good wins on a neutral floor only to face a newly annointed #1 team on their home floor in early December. I mean the signs of this result were there.

I mean, nobody tries harder than Harris, but I like that about him. Love how he dropped the L down the whole time on camera. He does run a nice tailgate, my easy other option when the schems are busy being selfish, skipping two home games and living it up in the Caribbean.

Still processing the beauty that was 517 this weekend. I’ll say it, and I don’t say it without serious consideration, but Bowden>Cobb. And I love me some Goldeneyes. Two legends in UK history.

The Irishman was good. Mr Rodgers movie was good. Mandalorian is fantastic. Working on latest season of man in the High Castle.

Hope Sparty takes care of Duke.

Duke and UL are both looking to win by double digits. Duke beating a common opponent to rather easily is disappointing, especially since that’s one of two performances we looked “good.”

Anyway. We have our own demons to slay. We need to focus on how we can be better.
There’s still a lot of season left.

* 50 points on 11-38 shooting, including 4-20 from 3pt. [laughing]

James Harden, ladies and gentlemen.

* How about 55 year-old Chris Petersen stepping down, amidst no drama, off field issues or impending sanctions?

sidenote: UW --> prettiest campus and football stadium in the country, imo (major conference division)

* Poppa freakin', not speakin', leave that *** leakin', like rapper demo

[thumb2][thumb2]

RIP Biggie.

* Can we talk about what a fat, disgusting ***** this Lizzo chick is? Ugh.

* Kentucky takes on Fairleigh Dickinson opposite the LSU-Georgia SEC Championship game. This is why everyone should own several televisions, I guess.

sidenote: how f'ing wack was picture-in-picture? Did anyone use that big screen tv feature, like ever?

* Reds pick up Mike Moustakas for 4 years. That's a perfectly meh signing. Probably paid the right amount. Pretty big name. Above average player. Will barely make them better, so whatev.

* Freddie Maggard back at KSR. Should make up for the loss of Matt Jones, and then some. [eyeroll]

* No self respecting Kentucky fan should be rooting for the Music City Bowl. Nashville is played the F out. You should have your fill of that town by now.

* 1,235 yards rushing for Lynn Bowden, Jr. Goodness, that's a lot.
