Really hard to make a decent pick to come out of the south when the 1 seed is Virginia and the 2 is coached by Rick Barnes. Marcus pencil in Purdue, coached by Matt painter, a very good boy.

At least one of the regions is gonna be a dumpster fire. It'll probably be Duke's, but I'm keeping my eye on the South. I don't trust Virginia or Tennessee.
Michigan comes out of the West.
Chief did have a good point — it would be nice to live in a small, obscure town like Los Angeles and get away from the media for a bit.
Maybe this thing has legs after all.

Cal could recruit way easier to UCLA. He really struggles to land bluechips to rural, racist Kentucky. Look at their roster now: there best player is a white boy from some red neck slum in eastern Kentucky. Come home to California coach cal and let’s eat this *** baby
"In my other bracket" :uzi:[sick]
Always been a 1 bracket guy. Extries for charity/gambol, fine, fill out 20 -- but you can only brag about Bracket #1, imo.

So are you *Really* a playmate if you pose for Playboy but don’t show the goods?
Are you really our best player and sophomore leader if you don’t play in the NCAAT because of a foot sprain?
Bracket Shorts:
-Least Chalky S16 picks: Maryland, UC Irvine
-Upset Alert: Auburn vs New Mexico State. Utah St. vs UNC
-Toughest early games to pick: Florida/Nevada, Iowa St/Houston, Auburn/Kansas, Nova/Purdue
-West is gonna be fun. 7-8 teams have a legit chance of coming out of that region.
-Least surprising Cinderalla? Buffalo
-Final 4: Duke, Gonzaga, UVA, UK

Agreed.
It’s almost like those kids who’s parents paid their way to get into “prestigious” schools. Yeah you’re there, but you didn’t really *deserve* to be.
Stolen valor. You didn’t earn the trident.
Speaking as a trained doctor*, that doesn't sound good. At all. How often do you put a hard cast on a sprain?

I'm not trying to be paranoid at all...but is hard cast for precautionary reasons even a thing? They do that with a boot all the time now. But a hard cast?
I guess if Cal starts saying he hasn't talked to PJ since the injury we are just screwed.

Was a pretty good season, though.
Cal eats ketchup and steak in his recliner watching Alaskan bush people. He might not know what a cast is?
It sounds like ********, tbh. Never heard of such.
what do hard cast mean doc boat?

Missing anyone?
[roll] at Matt mentioning this as an opportunity to play 4 guards in the 2nd round. If you think this means that Quickley/Baker will get more playing time over Nick/EJ you haven't been paying much attention.

This is like running down the stairs on Christmas morning to find out you've been robbed.
Old people like me lived through two years of Bowie. Even older people remember Mike Casey. And then there is Derek Anderson.
Travis Graf just posted this on HOB...
Physical therapist just sent me this.
I’m assuming the sprain caused quite a bit of swelling that they’re having trouble trying to go away. The boot doesn’t do much for swelling, and him putting pressure on it may be aggravating the healing process, resulting in more swelling. A hard cast is probably an attempt to keep the swelling out to speed up the healing process a bit more. If I were them, I’d shut him down for the whole week (at least), but they need him asap so they’re trying to speed this healing process up a bit
Hopefully that’s the case.
