:joy: That’s great, Richie.

My dad called me FROM the game Tuesday night immediately after it ended to make sure it was a goaltend. He was furious- knew Tony Green and that Italian (no clue who he’s talking about) we’re going to screw us.

Awesome. Love old school fan getting worked up about certain officials.

Worth noting that my old man swears to this day Richie Sr. drank a case of beer on the drive to Thompson-Bowling for the original Dream Game and they never once stopped to piss.

Ha. I believe it. I can’t imagine how much nervous energy there was leading up to that one.

I just watched the original Dream Game. It was the gym before Thompson Bowling. Boy, talk about redass. I couldn't imagine what this place would be like during UL's second half run when we couldn't get the ball across half court.

-Once the seal is broke I have a chipmunk size bladder. Might as well just camp out in the bathroom the rest of the time.

-It's for the best but I miss they days that heavy drinking during a road trip was not only acceptable but planned for and encouraged. Old dudes turned their trunks into coolers. Very irresponsible but damn it was cool.

-Stopped to grab some Valentines chocolates yesterday at a local chocolatier in Louisville. The 2 girls working were stoned to beejebus. It was pretty awesome. Gave me some free samples b/c it was taking so long, it wasn't, and they couldn't figure out how to work the computer. Good for them if I worked in a chocolate shop I'd probably get stoned as hell all day as well.

-Ned is a bad ***, much cooler than PTI that's for sure. Not even close. He should have some great fodder with AOC claiming victory over Amazon in Queens. Great for her, defeating corporate greed. Radical Libs got a real winner in that chick.

-Ice/Sleet tonight, about 5 hours of sun tomorrow then 55/35 and rain clouds for the following 8 days. Remember, this is MUCH better than August.

-Tomorrow should be a hell of a day. Biggest game at Rupp in a few years. I expect a snake pit. Ready to see these guys respond to what I think was a needed loss Tuesday night. Need December Hagans back.

Since I don't have a ticket for tomorrow's big game I'm gonna need someone to step up in my absence and scream, "It's not about you, *******" when the officials issue a box warning on John. Preferably just as those around you go silent and respond with slow head turns and finger wags. It was the turning point of the Kansas game and I rightly take credit for the W.

How nice is it to have a GREAT regular season game scheduled IN CONFERENCE where you still get nervous and hyped but the season goes on if you lose and you have a chance to play the same team again for revenge. Shewee, don’t even recognize this feeling. I hope the SEC stays legit for awhile, one can hope.

- Good or bad, I appreciate when people make an effort at bringing a collection of randoms these days- even B-list posters like Anth.

- My old man is one of those people who has an opinion on everything (usually a strong one, informed, rational or otherwise) - every college official, any political issue, the Irish, the Italians, Baptists, any car company, breeds of dogs, Reds management, any store, etc. I admire his passion. He cares a lot. If I receive a call from him 5 minutes before tip, it’s surely to ask one of two questions- who the officials are or what channel the game is on.

* Anthony Davis quitting on his team is a bad look. :flushed:

* Can’t have a rational conversation with anyone who immediately determines one political party is the gold plated path to Valhalla, and the other is destroying the world. Just no point.

* On the other hand....did a 1 hour CrossFit type workout with my 68 year old mother this morning. Now that is badass.

* The loss on Tuesday didn’t hurt us as much as it seems. Winning tomorrow is a big step towards a 1 seed. Let’s get er done.

* Heading to The Ville shortly. It’s miles ahead.

Are women predisposed to not waiting more than one second for someone to answer a door before they turn around and high tail it?

My desk is about 15 feet from the door and I get up as soon as I hear a knock. Guarantee if it's a woman, they are already half way down the hallway by the time I open it. "Oh hey, there you are!"

[eyeroll] at the media lauding this NBA player empowerment ********. It’s not the ‘80s. These guys have the power now and they’re making stupid $$$.

And I’m sorry, you occasionally have to eat a scoop of **** but welcome to being an employee, which you still are, NBA Player, despite making $30M a year.

So, yeah- bad look. Disappointing. F Lebron James, btw.

St. X and PRP have won 5 of the last 6 baseball titles, bitchrax.

My recommendation is to move your boys to Jefferson County and get them in a winning baseball program ASAP and before it's too late.
He's made for the Valley Sports/PRP machine.

Chad shouldve maybe tried a Friday 5 post to ease into the day instead of jumping headfirst into his "Keys to Victory"

I read in the Stock Thread that Krazy is contemplating liquidating his 401K to buy weed stocks. Hell yeah, brother. You aint buying a yacht on that ******, consistent, universally popular retirement account. Go all in or GTFO.

Noticed that the Four Roses 130 bottle won a "World's Best Bourbon" award. I'm sitting on a bottle that I picked up in Lexington that I havent had a chance or occasion to open yet. If some dope wants to buy it for an obscene mark up- have at it. I'll pocket some coin and buy a few bottles of cheap rye.

Was cleaning out some brush and yard debris on my property line after having some trees cut down last week. Found a couple buried, empty cans of MGD. With the old school pull top and everything. Was right around where an old shed was built- I imagine a couple dudes probably finished the build, likely on a friday afternoon, and one pulled out a couple brews to commemorate the weekend.

Has Lexington ever won a Little League World Series? No. Learn Valley Sports. I actually remember seeing GYERO's own BernieSadori winning a title while at PRP.
