5th in the country and right there in the 1 seed talk. Hold serve at home, split with Tennessee, and win both road games in the Magnolia State. That gets us the 1 in Louisville.
With Gonzaga likely a lock for a 1-seed, that leaves 3 spots for probaby about 5 teams (Tennessee, Kentucky, Duke, Virginia, and Michigan). Given recent biases, I think Selection Committee will be more likely to give a couple 1-seeds to the ACC over the SEC. If we split with Tennessee, have to think the winner of the SEC-T gets the 1-seed.

Historically the committee has completely ignored the SEC title game though. Even to the point of seeming to seed in spite of it (2016 UK beats TAMU, we get a 4 to their 3.) And during the explanation on Sunday evening mumbling something about our worst loss, and "a lot of factors went into seeding."

Lachlan is underrated as a UK hater. That dude loves to rip Cal, Kentucky fans, etc. Plus he's a Virginia fan of all things, so f*ck him.

My son delivered your pizza to you after it was mistakenly delivered to our house. He's a teenager and you treated him poorly.

Don't recall that but sorry.

No it's ok but he's a teenager and people treat them differently because he's a teenager and we're adults.

I wish I made up this very condensed version of today in Nextdoor posts signaling the end of times.

I really liked the Halftime Show but then I read Llama's dozen or so tweets about how bad it was and now I definitely think it sucked.

I'm fascinated how the trend to hire the "bright, young, offensive mind" has permeated throughout the NFL so quickly despite not just a year ago Doug Peterson's 50-year old *** dominated the Super Bowl. Need more evidence? How about Bill Belichick's last 17 years in full. So of course the Bengals just hired a 35-year old QB coach.

Mike Whites mic ups were interesting in the fact that he kept telling his team that they weren't talking enough and that Kentucky was talking more then them. I'm guessing Cal likes that.

Maybe I haven't noticed the past couple years or its new this year but how weird was it to see Exactech Arena along the baseline instead Florida or Florida Gators? Sell outs.

RIP Bengals

So Zac Taylor replaced Eddie Gran as OC at UC when Gran went to UK. Now Gran is the OC at UK and Taylor is the HC of the Bengals. mmk

-I'll wait to reserve judgement on where we are seeded until I get a chance to see the Bean's spreadsheet tomorrow. Bean>>>>>>>>>>>>>Lunardi and not even close.

That being said, I feel like only 1 of the ACC teams will make the 1 line and the SECT title game is not going to count. So, if we want Louisville UT is going to need to drop a game somewhere other than @Rupp.

-Bad Lip Reading always cracks me up.

-Outkast not performing and TScott/Big Boi getting 1 verse each was dumb. Both way more talented than M5. Was pretty funny to see Travis Scott accidentally walk right off the stage mid performance.

Since 1991-ish....

Cincinnati college head football coaches: Mark Dantonio, Brian Kelly, Butch Jones, Tommy Tuberville, Luke Fickell.

Cincinnati pro football coaches: Dave Shula, Bruce Coslet, Dick LeBeau, Marvin Lewis.

Feels like the Bengals should have just given the UC AD an extra $50k to pick the new guy.

- Never knew males had opinions on the halftime show.

- Looking forward to Catfan8’s “Left for dead ...” hype video dropping the week of the Final 4. Going to have me ready to run through a brick wall.

- Going to be cool telling BBdK about this season over drinks one day.

- By the way, F Tennessee. These hilljacks are getting way too big for their britches.

- Still waiting for it all to click at the same time on offense. We’re getting there.

Could Travis Scott not even bother to add a Lil' or something? Probably doesn't even have a face tat.

The Voice proved to be a pretty good move for Levine and Shelton. Before that, they were just two guys in their respective music worlds.

I enjoy a 68 degree day in February but the mud that goes with it is the worst. That’s the thing nobody really ever brings up when there is a warm day in winter. All the damn mud.
I drove my son to a park for a (balance) bike ride. Once he passed the outfield fence, he said he had a “dirt bike” and bee-lined for the infield and stomped around in the mud.

Luckily, I drive a CPO Kia Sorento. So I was like, “Yeah, kid. Trash it. That’s why I drive this POS.” Pretty stress free way to live, IMO. (As a slob.)

Blame leftist SJW's for the halftime show.

When you get offended at anything and everything, that's how you end up with Maroon effing 5. The most Milquetoast band out there.

100% lock it will be Imagine Dragons next year.

Will be interesting to see if the NCAA actually uses the Net Rankings to sort teams. Doesn’t seem like most fans/media are giving it even a second thought (still quoting RPI/KenPom/etc).

Considering kenpom still has UK ranked behind Virginia Tech... I'm gonna consider it as jumping through shark.

Obviously I wasn’t joking. There you have it, people.

The Super Bowl halftime show was completely orchestrated in a political coup of sorts. Great take. [eyeroll][eyeroll]

This might be an old white guy take, but it seems like the fragmentation of music by demographic sub-section hasn't been this large perhaps ever. It's so much easy to listen to only the music you want to hear, and block out everything else. Therefore the safe choice (one of the most popular "radio" pop groups like Maroon 5) still pisses off like 75% of the viewers.

The NFL should pick three or four groups you think the majority of women want to see and put that on rotation. Beyonce, JT, Gaga, Bruno Mars - there's your four pitches. Maroon 5 is on the outside looking in of that. Mix in some local flair (e.g., Gloria Estefan in Miami next year) and you're golden.

Re: politics - if you read some of the music sites - the Kaep thing was a big issue to a lot of the artists. So yeah, it was a factor.

The Super Bowl basically does the same thing every year. They pick 2-3 broadly appealing, “safe,” generally popular acts.

Bruno Mars, Katy Perry, Justin Timberlake, Janet Jackson, Beyoncé, Madonna, Britney Spears, Prince, Aerosmith....

...the notion of this being politically motivated = :joy::joy::joy:.

FYI: hands down, the absolute number one MOST politically motivated halftime show in our lifetimes was U2 in 2002. And it was fantastic. Easily the best ever, imo.
