If he was offered the Georgia job, he's on the midnight train to Georgia. No chance he turns them down.

Early rumblings on who his replacement is going to be?

As somebody who has played football growing up, I don't get or buy some of the Gran/Stoops ******** offense explanation.

The supposed explanation has to do with ball control/ running clock etc. I call hogwash. Going three and out isn't good ball control, nor positive for any type of clock management. Getting first downs, keeping the ball longer and scoring is a positive attribute regardless of what type of offense you're running. And we didn't do that.
Our defense was phenomenal, but I can't put my finger on why our offense was so poor.

Unbreakable, wonder if that’s her hymen. Congrats virgin.

Last day in Hawaii, sad, very sad. Already planning our next trip out here.

This resort has some great people watching. Have seen at least two insta*models having their dork/boyfriends snapping photos on their phones. Little photo shoot by the pool, lol. These guys look miserable...there has been some talent tho.

Surfing again this morning. Wife and I are hooked. My pop is keen.

Can’t wait to come home to six inches of winter. May have to explore cutting the cord and just
moving here.

Mahalo.

-The only coach we have that can’t be replaced is Marrow. Stoops better pay that guy whatever is necessary without hesitation.

- I landed a new client today that was burned bad enough by company that everyone up the food chain said I had no shot. We owed this guy roughly 3K for a full year before he took his business elsewhere, and roughly a year ago I convinced my manager it was worth it to credit this guy the money. Of course it was a different location that screwed him, but we paid up like we should have and after a year of off and on talks he committed to me today.

That’s the **** I like about my job and I text the area manager the emailed commitment as a bit of trash talk.

- I sure am glad PTI isn’t a thin skinned poosay!

- Anyone ever eat at Stevens & Stevens? The “sleeps with the fish’s” sandwich is awesome for a deli salmon.

- Like Anth college basketball is a crapshoot to me. Sure there are those games eventually where Vegas gives it away like Iowa St last weekend or Ole Miss last night. However showing patience and checking lines everyday is tough and those are easy to overlook too.

Hanalei Bay is maybe one of the coolest places I’ve ever been. It’s kind of funny in that everyone is super chill, the food truck scene is nuts, not seeing fancy whips driving around the island, but then people just modestly enjoy their 30 million dollar beach mansions.

Makes Montclair prices seem reasonable.

Most people turn down better companies for significantly more money within an hour of receiving the offer. Zero chance this was real.

I can see it from Gran’s perspective, but why would Georgia make themselves look bad by missing on their first choice of OC just to get him a raise?

Makes no sense.

Whether it’s the Wall Street Journal, or the New Yorker, or any other nerdy national non sports publication, their insistence on referring to it as “the N.F.L.” or “the N.C.A.A.” Is just completely nauseating.

Keep seeing commercials for this new movie On The Basis of Sex. The part of Ruth Bader Ginsberg is played by.......the adorable, impossibly cute Felicity Jones??

Cats win going away tomorrow. Easy W.

Final day at Humana is today. Also enrolling my very first client. Looking forward to my new adventure.

Shorts:

- I’ve paid less attention to the NFL that at any point in my life- what’s the word on this Zac Taylor character? Good hire?

- Just excited to start a new era with both the Reds and Bengals.

- Rewatching 30 Rock. Just an outstanding show- and God bless 24-episode sitcom seasons.

- Why the hell would any OAD prospect play for Roy? Great coach but time and time again, he’s given his elite freshmen the short stick.

- So, we’re just now making pedophile R. Kelly a pariah?

- Lorenzen was a terrific basketball player- not just a big either, had good handles, nice J and an excellent perimeter game all around. He wasn’t Derek Smith but he was an All-Region talent.

- I prefer Tark’s NC2A.

- Saturday NFL games are awesome.

- Felicity Jones is :fire:.

Maybe so, but by his junior year in college he was fine to just stand underneath the other team’s basket, grab rebounds, and fire one handed-lasers down the court. I’ve never seen anybody throw a basketball like that. It was like he was throwing a baseball.

I’m ready for a big juicy steak.

Ate at the Hyatt 3 nights out of laziness. Tide pools was the best there. Excellent local ribeye dry aged 30days.

[laughing]

You can search by specific posters when you use the search function. O/U on how many times drx has used the word steak or ribeye since the rivals update?

My first year out of college I would play pickup games at the Northeast Y after work. Rondo was a sophomore at Eastern then and would play some.

I’ll never forget a dude I grew up playing with talking **** to him only for Rondo to... Wave everyone else off for clear out, bring the dude out to guard him, cross over with one bounce and then boom cram it with one hand. It was dead silence and all you hear was the ball bouncing underneath the basket after the dunk.

There are like 5 retired jerseys at Highlands for basketball. Neltner, Draud, Walz and these two.

Walz told me they don't retire FB jerseys so Lorenzen was kind of joke when Mueller, AD and FB coach, put his retired.

Lol... the genes have been passed on. Rondo's son played in a kindergarten-aged soccer league with my daughter at the Y. They wouldn't allow him to go past the midfield mark in the 2nd half because he was flat out dominating.

Lorenzen was 1st Team all-state in basketball. He was really good.

How is Burke Barlow's jersey not retired? He is my coworker. He graduated as Highland's all-time leading scorer and played at North Dakota. This gives me an excuse to talk some Scott Draud smack with him.

-Proud of the Kentucky legislators responsible for introducing the medical marijuana bill. Keep pushing.

-First crack at a family chicken and dumplings recipe tomorrow. Pumped.

-Northern Kentucky is home to the most “bust” athletes in the Commonwealth, right? Mostly Euchre playing losers with drinking problems has been my experience.

-Stuffing snow down a kid’s coat/shirt is top 3 dick moves in childhood.

-I’ve always appreciated the Mardi Gras color scheme of green, purple, and gold. Nothing else in modern culture is associated with that combination.

-10 days was a good run at teetotalism. At a certain point the benefits of not drinking are simply far outweighed by the joy of a cold one. No offense, rudd.

-37 next week. Must say that in spite of it all, I’m doing alright.

-The truth about a roni, she’s a sweet little girl.
