A Southwest flight in April had to make an emergency landing when an engine exploded, and a passengers top half of her body was ripped out the hole it left in the plane.

So, let’s not pretend Frontier is the only one.

oh god that video was a mess
I agreed heartily.

How could one view security camera footage (which was clearly horizontally formatted) and decide to “re-video” it in vertical format is beyond me as well.

Our eyes are aligned horizontally to view things running at or from us. Horizontal video or nothing, IMO.

Part of me died at the news of Bonz picking up the tab on a few beers for Ramsey.
Ha, false. Old leather face ordered more suds than he had hands, so offered to buy a round if we’d grab the extras.

Not one to turn down a True Pilsner, I checked the scoreboard to ensure we were still pounding them. Saw us extend the lead to 32 as the 4th quarter started and more importantly, ’last call’ was issued, so I reluctantly accepted.

Joey- I was referring to the video stream of our newest football commit, which appeared to be filmed with an iPhone 3. I did not watch the domestic assault video.
There never was an iPhone 3.

They went from iPhone to iPhone 3G to iPhone 3GS.

I am generally aggrieved.

You get a free chicken biscuit for just being in the same city as a guy who missed two free throws and I guarantee that’s a better breakfast than what the people that almost died got.

Late, but just now getting around to watching one of those season preview deals for the basketball team because my 15 year old’s in the room with me and I’m trying to familiarize her with this team.

Cal said, and I quote “What else is there for me to accomplish in this sport? At this point, it’s about how how many families we can help.”

I know everything he says is ******** and should be ignored, but still. Nobody wants to hear that ****, fatty.

Fine, hit London, Paris, the Caribbean in your 20s and 30s - I did that. But if you seriously prioritize Europe or anywhere else before you make a good faith effort to see everything and every state the gdUSofA has to offer, then you're an ungrateful *****.

See ya.

Fair enough, but if you’ve been to Kansas shouldn’t you be allowed to cross Nebraska and Iowa off the list? Likewise, is there any major difference between Wyoming and Montana? Isn’t Oregon just southern Washington? Are the Dakotas even real? Just trying to be efficient here.

If you make it to the end of your life without seeing - the Grand Canyon, the canyon areas of Utah, Glacier National Park, Hawaii, Alaska, Yellowstone, Rocky Mtn NP, Yosemite and many other NP's - then you've failed at traveling.

Nice work, Padre. AK and HI are outliers. Tough to hit, and require more long range planning than the others.

And the Dakotas are the end of the earth. Kudos to anyone who visits without a specific reason. I'm convinced Rushmore was put there only to create a reason for people to come within a 500 mile radius of the Canadian border in that area. (Rushmore is underwhelming IMO, although Crazy Horse is shaping up to be amazing).

Stop...there's a reason why it is called "flyover country"

No reason to visit unless you drive around in a large RV and have one of those awful maps on the side letting people know how many states you have visited.

Yes, the East Coast Elites and Hollywood all call it that - and readily include KY and the entire southeastern US, Midwest, Southwest and Great Plains as "fly over country" as well.

If you take your cues from them, then you have the other ~42 states already labeled, so good for you, keep your mind closed, no need to visit.

Middle America will just keep electing leaders while the extreme coasts fume at that diabolical Constitutional Republic that our Founding Fathers set up 230 years ago.

Enjoy.[/QUOTE]
