Wandale sucks. Dude let his team lose 78-74 to Lawrence County tonight in the state playoffs.

Saw it live. Wild game. Lawrence County scored 78 points with 0 passing yards. Their QB, Noah West, had 393 yards on the ground and 7 TDs. Lawrence had no answer for WH's speed, and WH had no answer for Lawrence's brute force.

Wandale is as good as advertised. Elite speed, cuts on a dime, and has great hands. Not afraid to mix it up a little. Has a lot of Lynn Bowden (and a little Anthony Peeler) in his game.

Never in my life have I watched UK Football in a game this damn important, and it feels absolutely gratifying being in this moment after the years of Curry, Mumme, and Joker complete disappointments.

Although Brooks brought us those wins over UL, LSU and bowl games.......absolutely none of that, as awesome as it was at the time, is even equal to this day of possibility!

Why would you think we're starting to figure it out? Mitch is never gonna figure it out. As long as he's the AD we're always gonna wear checkerboard, and try dumb crowd stunts, and wear goofy uniforms in big games. Always.

The good news is while he's not figuring it out, he's also overseeing the most dominant collective era in UK athletic history. So if we come out against Bama in Atlanta in chrome helmets with the bird-f*cking logo on them, and grey jerseys with teal trim and the crowd is trying to spell out "Hoof Arted" while the band is playing "Son of a son of a sailor" you should probably start figuring out now how not to give a sh*t.
