The fish frys in my neck of the woods had more of a "small white towel over the shoulder" vibe than "Knights of Columbus fundraiser" vibe. But fried fish was served on the reg, nonetheless

wcc, have you seen this yet? O'Bryon's is opening a Newport location at 8th and Washington, where the German place went under. I assume this is pretty close to your new digs. If I was still on Vine Street and within walking distance I'd be doing cartwheels right now.
