Unprecedented ride by Philippe Gilbert, WOW, Congrats , Interesting that he gained seconds in the hills and lost seconds on the down hills.. It would scare the heck out of you to realize that Sagan & Van are seconds behind you, both great closers??

Both PS and GVA were sure they were going to catch Gilbert, I believe them considering their form this year.

Give him credit for winning, of course, but so much ******** praise being thrown at him that's a bunch of lies imo.

Florida pretty much sucks, but always wondered what they think of basically becoming Kentucky the 1st week of April.

That ride was actually pretty unprecedented. Going solo from that far out in a one day classic is nearly impossible. He got the right amount of breaks. Really helped that the best on the planet, Sagan, crashed right when he and GVA(probably the 2nd best on the planet) started to reel him back in. Peter almost never crashes. Tom Boonen also crashed early on. Special stuff. Gilbert called his shot and won that way in front of his home fans. Spring Classics>>>TdF.

The best of all is this weekend. Paris Roubaix. [jumpingsmile]

Umm, that's what I said...but thanks for the confirmation.

Some were initially speculating that Sagan hit the barrier and that the jacket was just incidental in the accident, but now some are saying maybe not...

Regardless, you know human nature and many will blame the owner of the jacket just because it was there...So the question is: Do you go reclaim your jacket?

I think the obvious question is a resounding, NO. But what if you just came from the bank and had $10,000 in the vest pocket

You were mocking me. I'm not dumb. I thought we had rekindled our relationship yesterday with my digital bro hug but I guess not. This is what Gary and I have been talking about. Sad.

The Greenbrier is pretty effing cool. Going to keep this in the family rotation moving forward. Only mishap so far was taking our 3.5 year old who had traveled all day into the coat and tie dress coded Main Dining Room at 8:00. Had a drink and left before that got out of hand. Room service FTW.

Beautiful place. Old as touch, but she wears it well.

Try to talk about bicycle races with you and this is the treatment I get. Thanks.

British humor is great.

The jacket grabbed his arm while he was trying to avoid the cobbles and riding right up on the barrier. He's by far the best bike handler in the world, he doesn't just run into barriers. Last year a dope wreck right in front of him, he just bunny hops the dude on a road bike at 25mph in the rain.

Gilbert may be in the peloton for awhile, but ultimately he ends up the lanterne rouge. Pretty safe to say.

I'd sign that kid based on that 3 point stroke alone. :100points: pure.

I don't know how good we will be next year but we need to get a core of good players to go along with studs and build to 9 asap. Then again we thought Booker was a multi year guy so who knows.

Booker is 6'7.

A 6'2 shooter/combo is a pretty safe 3-4 year bet.

So, Patrick Ewing Jr. was the Director of Basketball Operations under JTIII, but can't retain the same position under his father because of Georgetown's anti-nepotism policy? [laughing]
