I'm beyond fat. This weekend I hit downright embarrassing.
The weight is hovering below 245, but its all gut and butt. Like the afternoon shift at Cowboy's.
I'm all-in now. Just cardio wasn't getting it done, so I'm lifting 4x a week in addition to cardio every day. But the diet is the biggest part.
Just say no to that extra slice of za, big fella.
I will not be embarrassed to hop in Bone-in Bob's hot tub this football season.

The best khaki's I've ever owned are from Columbia's Performance Fishing Gear line. I bought them for an South American trip and refer to them as my "adventure pants."
They look like real pants from afar, but from 20' one can tell they are the essentially swimming trunks that have mutated into pants. There also include a mesh "crotch vent."
Now, the new "adventure" aspect is wearing them to run errands with my wife and seeing how long it takes her to notice. She hates them. It's the little things, folks!

Fattest: 225, around the time of my car accident (2009) when they were stuffing me full of pain meds and I couldn't poop and they were getting mad at me for not pooping. I pretty much stayed there for the next 4 years.
Currently: 157. Don't do it my way, guys. I had a week-long stomach virus that roughly took care of the first 20 pounds, then I lost the next 40 or so because for the next 6 months I was paranoid that whatever I ate was going to make me crap my pants, since everything I ate for a week made me crap my pants.
I also don't eat at McDonald's anymore, which is tough because I love breakfast. So that's the one thing I took out.

- 214. Was approaching 240 several years ago and got down to 194 using MFP and biking. Working on getting back around 200.
- Never met DrBoat. Not sure what he even looks like but I assume he's 275+ because that's what everyone here wants. In an unrelated matter I also assume he was, at some point, a huge fan of The Bloodhound Gang.

Oh you know what I've found out is awesome- Hen Gift Culture. Seems that you can't meet up or see anyone these days without presenting them some kind of gift.
