Muir Woods is an absolute must. Probably #1 on my list of SF things to do.

The Ferry Building has an awesome Vietnamese restaurant, The Slanted Door.

Wife is headed to Napa/Sonoma in June with her peeps. Jealous.

* Not one, but TWO root canals this morning. Great way to start the day.

I thought I was just getting an eval and after they determined that I did, in fact, need 2 root canals they started numbing me up.

* My dental insurance covers half so that was over a grand out of my pocket. My room in Nashville is going to cost me a grand next week.

* Put a new net on my hoop in the driveway the other day. After some initial rust, the J was pure.

I'm thinking about dropping about 40 lbs and then driving to Louisville and dropping about 40 points on a few of you hacks.

Probably start working out in a few days or so.

I like his response to the trustee who brought up the Sypher incident, basically saying the trustee needs to shut up because theyve done the same thing.

The Twitter back and forth between SEC coaches and Jim Harbaugh has a very WWF vibe to it and I think its amazing.

Root canals aren't really the nightmare people used to think. I mean, once you're numbed up, they just drill that root out and then, bazinga. Of course the pulp could get infected, and that is quite unpleasant. Actually happened to me last year.

Yep. Rick sending a shot across the bow of a Bingham is pretty fun. Combined with the Brown family's BOT seat holder getting called out Tuesday and, well, this has all been really cool.

Well, I want the BEFORE picture to be just right and there is no way I could do it now with the swelling from the root canals.

There is no way I want to rip off the viewing public by working out now and possibly shedding some weight before I take the pic. That wouldn't be a fair or truthful representation of how much weight I am actually going to lose.

The boss just threw a couple of passes at me and I didn't know if it was worth it or not.

I'll definitely be at the Hyatt for a few pops around 1:00. Might check out the Big Blue Zone, too.

Same here. The only time I was ever in there was compliments of tMFh.

I did see Goose Givens eat a hot dog faster than B4th ever could.

Using the most public type of forum to dispute who has the worst indiscretions is a sign that things may be beyond repair over at UofL. Really hoping we get a "Grow up" from either side in the next rebuttal. Maybe they can argue about who has uglier children next.
