Yep, I didn’t go to the game but thought I heard Dixon was the one who made the 3. Good thing about HS hoops at the beginning of the season is that both teams will get substantially better from early games like the one tonight.

Kobe was supposed to be our stud slot receiver but didn’t play football this year to focus on hoops. He showed A LOT of promise on the JV Basketball team last year and he and fellow sophomore Donavan Howard are going to be very good for years to come. People don’t realize just how big of a win for GW this is... 70% of these guys were playing football just 2 weeks ago.

#45 for Heritage is Jr Jacobi Lambert. He's been like that since he was a freshman.Wouldn't surprise me if he averages 25 a game this year. Maybe more than that!

Yeah. I will be at the DR/GW game in Ringgold tonight. Heritage only had 5-6 on JV and 9 on varsity from what I was told. Wonder how many football players are also going to play basketball.

I'm sure it was a big morale victory for Heritage because they are still playing football and have bball players on the football team.
