Gunnar Halter has left the building

[Joe Schmedlap]

Hmmmm. Didn't see that one in the forecast.

[Leeshouldveflanked]

I guess he didn’t want to play outfield.

[Cooterpoot]

Didn’t have a position and was a mediocre hitter. He should’ve focused on pitching.

[Shamoan]

We need to be hitting the portal HARD for some pitching

[Joe Schmedlap]

Need a junior college middle infielder who can field and hit. Are there any more Brett Pirtles out there? Now THAT guy was a baseball player

We’re good at MIF next year with Westburg and The Fosc. Need Jordan to step up at 3rd and we’ll be good.

[patdog]

Well that sucks. He's been drafted twice as a pitcher. Why hasn't he been pitching for us?

Thank you Heavenly Father

I’m guessing one of two reasons:

1. He was lights out and our staff was too stupid to realize it, or
2. He wasn’t that effective.

Ironic that you say that in that we thought we were getting that with Gunner Halter. Just really hit and miss on how well JUCOs adjust to SEC pitching no matter what they hit at the JUCO level.

But will we be good at MILF next year with Jake Mangum leaving?

[KentuckyDawg13]

Sounds like he saw the writing on the wall; see incoming players.

Next.

Why does it suck? He should have been a pitcher but he wouldn't do it, for whatever reason. He wanted to play infield but he can't throw to 1B. He's a decent hitter but couldn't crack our lineup.

Not seeing what sucks so bad about this. Except maybe Halter's decision-making.

[dickiedawg]

In the lead-up to the draft, the word was he was expected to be drafted again as a pitcher and leave. That didn't happen. He's trying to get on as a free agent somewhere.

With your comment, I can officially label you as one sorry POS.

[Junction John]

Are you implying I can't enjoy looking at beautiful women? Because to that I say

Wow. I bet you are tons of fun at parties.
