The Supreme Court has made definitions of what exactly "free speech" is and is not.......since the Constitution really didn't define it. It can be done for the 2nd Amendment as well.......

Yes. The constitution will alwayds be the defense no matter how many times morons like you try to compare constitutional rights to non constitutional rights.

Free Speech (1st Amendment).........look at Schenck v. US.........proof that the Bill of Rights can be challenged and defined.......time for the 2nd Amendment.
I've yet to hear a plan that is not abstract in nature, and would limit gun violence without unduly harming gun owners.

I think that within 48 hours it's pretty thin ice to say he was radicalized here, don't you? There's only one thing that would stop gun violence and that's the systematic round up of every gun in the US, forced searches of homes. The left won't let you report crazy people to the authorities, do you think the right is going to stand for unreasonable searches?

Same can be said about terror attacks here.........only way to stop it is to put an end to ALL immigration (including from Britain and other allies, as well as athletes, etc.).....and even then it won't give you 100% definitive stop.......but that still doesn't stop the Conservatives to use immigration restriction as their talking point, yet laugh at gun control talking points.
How does restricting guns cut down gun violence when you are dealing with criminals. Restricting immigration definitely makes it difficult for anyone across the ocean to get into America.

Why do people from other countries have a right to come here? There is no right. It is granted by the governed, the US citizens. I think that is lost on liberals. If a majority doesn't want but a limited number, we have that right. We also have the right to repeal the constitution. Feel free to start it.
I'm fine with that. Limit immigration. Restrict immigration. Vet immigration. Hell, BAN immigration. That won't affect me.....well, might affect some of my sports teams, but oh well.......
Guns DO affect me and my family. I'm more likely to get shot walking in to a theatre or a concert or now a Walmart as I am to be blown up or run over by a terrorist immigrant. My point has always been, and will always be, that Americans tend to look at things that aren't the biggest threats to loss of life but are "scary" and overlook or ignore the real threats.......

There were 11 million immigrants that came to the United States in 2016. You want to "Vet" all immigrants?
That is a $hitload of manpower. In NY, that will fall on my agency and I know what our resources are in law enforcement....thin.
