Gumbs (LB) to transfer from OU

What are the chances we pick up Gumbs from OU? He was slated to be a BIG IMPACT for the LB core of OU. He suffered a season ending knee injury. He was a high 4* out of high school. With our woes in the LB Dept,I don't see what it would hurt. Bam Bam "Bigelow" had knee issues at USC. And he's here in our blue and gold and making an impact already.
