I want Sharpe, Wallace and to keep Clark as a combo.

I think we get Sharpe for sure unless his stock goes so high he can't pass on the pro money.

The rest, we'll see. The next couple weeks will tell us a lot with Wallace. Clark will have a choice to make.

Wallace is still waiting on a scholarship from us, correct?

I didn't watch any of the game action, but I was surprised by Jaden Bradley's numbers at the recent event (Peach Jam?) - both the good and bad. When I saw him a couple of times a few months ago he looked like a "game manager" type who wasn't really flashy or a big scoring threat, but more often than not, made the right and safe plays. In this most recent event, however, his scoring average was high, but his turnovers were really high as well. Just struck me as opposite from what I had seen before. So, my question for you posters who have watched Bradley a lot is: Which one is the closer to what one should expect from Bradley?

Wallace
Sharpe
Smith Jr

I've let it known what I feel about Clark and this Peach Jam has just confirmed things. I know he's injured but MoKan Elite is now 6-2 (1 of the 2 losses being a blown 20 pt lead to Emoni Bates team) at Peach Jam without him playing and were under .500 overall with him as their PG. Bryson Warren got bumped from 16U to '17U team and he's improved the quickness and defensive end for them and gotten their bigs (Tarris Reed/Felix Okpara) producing more offensively. This event has the most consistently difficult opponents as well so not like they are benefiting from beating up awful teams.

Wallace can do everything and impact games on defensive end and in ways he doesn't need to score to help the team.

Smith Jr is a sniper/slasher.

Sharpe goes without saying-he's making a run at best overall prospect in '22 class.

All 3 of the guys I selected can play elite/high level defense as well as impact the game several ways and not just with the ball in their hands. That matters at next level.

Sounds like we have cooled on Bradley
Bradley is Alabama Bound from what everyone is hearing. Jarace Walker is looking like an Iron Bowl battle between Bama and Auburn.

UK really wanted to see an improved jumper and he's not shown that all AAU season to this point. He's a great player but other options are better at what he doesn't do and equal or close to what he does do best.

@ralphdaltonfan do you see UK having a shot with Filipowski? kinda surprised they offered this late, I wouldn't think they would offer if they didn't get good feedback on getting a visit and having a shot

Understand why they offered, he's a great player and I've been a believer for a while if you've read posts, but not sure why they waited so long/what is behind offer because word is out he's going to Duke. If they know something that nobody else does, great! I think guy is an amazing talent and as I stated a Month or so ago, he's an actual Duke target that was vastly underrated.

And the bigger problem is he's only taken 8.....he should be at a point that could be a game for him if he really invested the time/work into his jumper. But will say this--at Alabama he'll learn to shoot it better and fits how they play. If you surround him with shooters he'll be a weapon but at some point he's got to improve and quit being scared to take them because teams will zone whatever team he's on and dare him to shoot.

Sharpe will be the #2 ranked player when Duren reclasses

Right now I want to some of the commit, being the favorite then not getting commits is getting old. Sharpe is supposed to be our next commitment, I just hope it is soon.

Oh are you thinking if we get those other players that Clark could possibly transfer? Is that what you mean by Clark will have a decision to make?

never been impressed with Bradley or Clark
no quickness for either
Clark may be able to shoot, but he would be destroyed by the quickness in the SEC
Bradley couldn't drop a dime in a fountain, bad shooter & too many errors

The very small amount I’ve seen from Sharpe makes me think of what Andrew Wiggins in college was supposed to be.
Wiggins was an incredibly fluid basketball athlete, wasn't he?. I saw him in person once while he was in high school, and when he moved it looked so effortless and just different than everybody else. Of course, he couldn't shoot or really handle the ball too well. It appears Sharpe won't have those issues, but he's a guard and significantly shorter than Wiggins.

I predict we get Sharpe and Nick Jr. but Wallace goes to Tennessee. Just shooting in the wind is all.
