Now the base starts to turn on the GOP, and Trump's "drain the swamp" bs seems ingenius. He simply blames someone else every time he fails, and takes the credit every time he gets a win. He better be clean on Russia - or else the GOP will take him out soon. I'd give him credit for fighting the powers that be, but that would insinuate that he used his brain to create a strategy....but it's almost painfully clear it's just his ego.

Those who elected him are fine with him burning it all down.

Nothing is ever his fault.

Ok, the 32% or whatever the number is.
That's his current approval numbers. If he actually burned "it" all to the ground, I'm guessing those numbers would slide in to the mid 20s. Of course he would then be helped out by the Democrats running a Pelosi/Waters ticket against him in 2020.

Even Pelosi knows she'd be a flop of a candidate. Warren even knows. Booker, Harris, Sanders, Delaney, McAuliffe, Schiff, Hickenlooper ----maybe Kennedy ---- one or two eyeroll candidates Rock, Cuban, Colbert maybe Bullock from Montana (researching him now) and of course Biden might get back in the ring

Bullock seems like a good candidate and maybe the best chance

More than liberals, lol. I don't hate him, I think he is the perfect leader and poster boy for your tribe. Attacking Mitch just shows how stupid he is, they are supposed to be on the same side. He will need Mitch more than Mitch needs him.

Mt tribe? I'm all in with Trump and detest the status quo. Imo, Americans will want healthcare more than they will want or need the swamp turtle. Since you're so tribal, you should recognize the registered Democrats that helped win the day in Nov. This patriotic effort by many facets of American life is going to take a minute.

lol, total fail for pointing out that trump will need McConnell to get anything done? Popular don't get you **** in Washington without the votes and all Trump has is his shrinking base. He can't seem to get a handle on most of America. Just wait until next month, I guess it'll be the Democrats fault if the Government shuts down again, what an un self aware insecure man baby. I so hope they get rid of Mitch, lets see GOP dysfunction at it's best!

Since Democrats are threatening a shut down, many are likely to fault them. Can't imagine why.

True that, add Pelosi, Schumer and McCain. USA needs new blood willing to cross the aisle and get things done.
The number of Senators and Representatives willing to cross the aisle is few and far between. Two many agendas that don't meet the need of the common good. Wholesale changes are needed in Donkeys, Elephants and Independents. Term limits please!

Bull-****. Mitch is a career man. Trump made a sacrifice to donate 4-8 years out of his life.

Bull-****. Mitch is a career man. Trump made a sacrifice to donate 4-8 years out of his life.

Sacrifice?

Like selling his hotels to avoid an apparent conflict of interest or potential violation of the emoluments clause?

Like moving his family out of trump tower immediately to not run up a huge security bill for the taxpayers?
