Yeah! Wish that wishy, washy Wan’dale would have never come here! We don’t need that flaky crap around here! Ahhhhhhh!!!

Wandale WANTED Nebraska. It was others that pushed KY. It's the entire reason why we were able to get him BECAUSE he wanted here all along. Taht isn't the case of this linebacker. Not even close.

Doesn’t change the fact that he publicly announced to Kentucky then recommitted and came here. That is EXACTLY the kind of kid we need. Give me 44 Kids like Wan’dale Robinson and watch us go.

The “we don’t want that wishy, washy attitude” narrative is old, and I say that knowing full well that I have used it myself. These are 17-18 year old kids making huge decisions. Over 99% of them will never play football beyond college. Hopefully they are making lifetime decisions that reflect more than just football. If he recommits then I’m sure we’ll be happy to have him. If not next man up.

Hopefully the sec gets them financial advisor with all the cash there paying their players so in the event they don’t finish school or go pro they’ll be set for life

They generally are set for life. Maybe not rich, but the bagmen and alumni will take care of them with jobs, connections, etc.

SEC players, who finish their careers at 22, are set for life with jobs, connections, etc? like.... all SEC players?

if you say so.

If I were backed into a corner and forced to bet, I think he got the green light from Bama.

here’s the biggest reason Bama won’t give him the green light, Bama already has 5 LBs committed to them this recruiting class(4 4 stars and 1 5 star LB, wouldn’t that be nice to have right now???). They are already good to go at LB. I’m really hoping he picks the Huskers but I’m starting to think MSUcks might just pull him in. But either way, it won’t be Bama...I guarantee that.

Would not doubt this one bit. Could be like a Wandale situation. We do need ballers (with speed) at the linebacker position.

Our linebacker recruiting is an absolute dumpster fire. So is our linebacker play, Can we just let Fisher recruit and coach the linebackers, too?

Why MSU just closer to home? I could understand going to a program that is having success like Bama, but MSU they are in the same boat as us.

I'm sure proximity to family played a role. Southern raised African American kid who watched NU be miserable in the snow at Minnesota. You can tell them that IF they make it to the NFL they'll have to play in cold weather but a smart kid knows his chances of making it to the NFL are slim. Another factor might include more African American female college students. I vividly recall a kid that Callahan was recruiting ask "where's all the sisters?". MSU has a nice campus and it's warm in the winter. That wouldn't make up for the heat and humidity in the summer for me but it's what I know.
