he wasnt getting it done....4 straight years not above 500 in Big 10...they are used to winning there not being a Big 10 bottom feeder.....the AD said as much, if they do not move now it could be 20-30 years at the bottom...sound familiar to RU

He had a decent record and a great recruiting class coming in. Many on this board said it takes 7 years.
