Isn't UW-GB historically a slow it down kind of team? So the low scoring game didn't really surprise me. I'm happy for a double digit win over a team like that, kind of the Princeton of women's bball.

Overall, a very good week for the RU women. Nice to see them back on track.

I'm terrified to look up Canty's shooting percentages for the season

Happy to tell you:

Canty is shooting 32.6% from the floor, 50% from 3 (though on only 6 shots), and 33% from FT line (awful, but on only 9 attempts).

She is averaging 5.1ppg, 4.9rpg and 4.3apg.

So she is playing, for the most party, a good all-around game. She just needs to up her shooting percentage. Some of this I think comes from the team figuring out their offense this year, and she's still figuring out when she needs to take it herself or distribute. I have faith she'll put up better numbers, as she's not letting her poor shooting percentage impact the other parts of her game.
