Without his offense and passing we don't win 3 games last year. Who fills his spot from a offensive perspective? This debate has been beat by now but still. Lots of respect for the kid.

Lewis is a complementary type player on a team desperate for higher level talent. He has a nice mid range jump shot but is foul prone which limits minutes on the court.I thank him for staying at Rutgers and only wished he and the team had more success.

You're right. Still though, our talent is what it is with the addition of our new players. These players have a full year to become better. I think Lewis will make another jump this year and I am happy about that. I think by the end of this year he's an 8 and 7 type of player. Ill take that.

Lewis shouldn't be expected to be an All American or All conference, just a player that helps the team play better because of doing the little things on the court that is necessary , in order to keep RU in most of the games it plays.
Not every player reaches superstar or star status, but they can make a positive difference doing the little things that help their teammates on offense and defense .
I think Greg has improved that aspect of his game , but his stats won't be the reason many will feel his game has progressed over the years.

I think the fouls are the biggest thing. Hamady struggled with fouls for three years before finally figuring it out. Each year, GL has gotten a bit better with fouls... hopefully he continues that going into next year, and that will translate into more productive minutes.
