it should be known that @RUScrew85 does not shop, cook, pack, set up, or unpack the car for tailgates. He does help to breakdown the tailgate. He's just not a morning person and, he will willingly tell you, I have taken over the tailgating part of this relationship.

The one thing he does REALLY well for the tailgate is that, for the past 2 years, he is in the photo that RU takes of the tailgate of the game and I am not. Because I go to the Scarlet Walk and, in some wonderful Rutgers wisdom, that is when they send out the photographer to take the photo.

2 years in a row....MrScrew in the photo...MrsScrew not in the photo.

sigh.
You also forgot- does not go to the Scarlet Walk and is pictured in the tailgater of the game- so you walk over and say it happened AGAIN!!!!

Welcome. We also have UNM family coming in from Albuquerque. We tailgate in the Green Lot. Look for a white Volvo wagon with some "Cherry and Silver" shirts mixing with our Scarlet. Come for a beer. UNM also has a hospitality tent planned for the soccer practice fields ... which are cattycorner around the small circle from the blue lot.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to everyone. Not only those who gave suggestions on what to do and see. Everyone and I mean everyone we came into contact with Saturday at the tailgate and game couldn't have been more hospitable to two guys walking around in sombreros and Lobo gear. So thank you Scarlet Nation for a wonderful time. My sombrero's off to you

Glad you had a good time. And doubly glad we didn't have to bring back our former Athletic Director to apologize for our fictional uncouth fanbase.

Did you go to NYC or somewhere else on Friday? What did you think of our area?

My friend and I had both been into the city before, so we didn't do that this time. Friday we drove to Pottsville, PA and took the Yuengling brewery tour and went and bar hopped on Easton Ave.
The area was great. We don't see a lot of green so it was nice to see that. The food was great. Pork roll, egg and cheese bagel was good stuff.

What's pork roll?

You should have tried a Taylor ham, egg and cheese on bagel. Good stuff!

Glad you had fun. Surprised @MrsScrew didn't have you to our tailgate as guests. Next time for sure.

I talked to you guys briefly. I think my crew gave you the pork roll, egg and cheese tho we were not the only tailgate serving those. Can't believe you went to Pottsville! Glad you came and had fun. Nice hats!

We had one of those too, At a different tailgate. Not quite has good.

Ha. Running joke on the board and running debate in New Jersey. It's the same product - North Jersey calls it Taylor Ham, South Jersey calls it pork roll.

Pork roll is the product, Taylor is the maker - hence, Taylor Ham.

Glad you enjoyed the trip!

We got quite schooled on the "pork roll" vs "Taylor ham" debate Saturday. Was just having a bit of fun with my comment
