I'll go with Nolan Richardson, he rebuilt the program and put it on a firm foundation for Tubby and Self. I know Barnett was there, but Nolan elevated the program nationally to a point that it was able to survive that *** hat. Nolan and his squads created an energy and excitement in the city that hasn't, and may never be, matched again. We've been blessed with a number of great ones through the years.

Four National Championships from the ex coaches, an astonishing feat.
I always liked Ken Hayes and felt like he is under rated. The conference Tulsa competed during his coaching era was as good as any Tulsa has ever played.
