The best I ever saw in person was Len Bias, keep in mind I said in person.

Alcindor hands down. Laettner has to be in top 5, 4 straight Final Fours. Jordan made one FF in 3 years, he played alongside Perkins in 83 and Daughtery, Perkins, and Kenny Smith in 84 iirc. Not exactly scrubs. Voters of this "poll" clearly had not a clue.

You also have to consider you had to be conference champs to get in the tournament. I don't know whether Duke won the ACC tournament all 4 years with Laettner or not.

Duke only won one of the four years.
