Just when we start playing well, Stans mass substitutes because that's what he thinks he is supposed to do.

Coach Knight's said he never had set substitution patterns. He subbed based on how the game was going.

The former Grizzlies coach had this problem. He'd sub a hot hand every game, just because he had a system. It's awful. Phil Turner was playing well, and in no way needed rest, but we had to take him out...
