I dont see how they don't actually. I will say, this wasn't as glaring of a trip as the last.. And that's how it will be spun.. "he was off balance and move his legs to regain his position".. ACC might have an out..
This is my take as well. While I have no doubt that it was an intentional action, it's subtle enough that they'll dismiss it.

I want to see someone beat his *** then watch Ratface cry about it. I'm really hoping someone lays him out with one blow to the face

The video doesn't lie. I agree that it does look less flagrant than the LAST THREE but it should be argued that he should be walking a VERY fine line with puke and the ACC after the three previous incidents and recent suspension and ANYTHING that looks like a trip/kick should be dealt with by BOTH accordingly. A sane kid would keep his feet glued to the floor after his "punishment." This entitled brat doesn't get it.

I don't like intentional flopping, but if some of these opposing players started hitting the deck and screaming bloody murder every time he attempted to kick someone, it would force the refs to review his actions, and the commentators, and conference officials to address it.

All this tells me is he will have another blatantly obvious one this year and possibly not play again. You don't sit one game and fix whatever ****** up **** mentality he has.
Ticking time bomb.

As usual, someone else is going to have to break it in the mainstream media. The ESPN game summary does not mention the kick at all.

Any coach with an ounce of decency would sit this head case the rest of the year. But rat face is an untouchable hypocrite so this crap is allowed to continue. I guarantee if this was one of Cal's players the media backlash would be rampant.

I agree. He's tripped before.. So what happened today was no accident. If it was anyone else, you might.. Might.. Look the other way.

He'll get his teeth knocked out someday by somebody, but almost certainly not on a basketball court in an NCAA game or in an NBA game. Now ... in a pickup game before the NBA draft - maybe. If not before the draft, then at some point in an NBA practice ? I'd bet my life on it !

Someone needs to knock him out!Check out @TSD163's Tweet:

After watching that, I wish the other kid had knocked the taste out of his mouth. Yes, it would have been a tech, but it would have gotten his attention as well as caused the refs to review the play and kick the little bastard out of the game. What a piece of $**t!!!

On their rivals board, they are all saying it's nothing. But one did bring up something where he said it looked like Allen shoved a guy out of bounds, but it wasn't replayed and he didn't give a time hack.

The fact that it wasn't called, and the other guy didn't go down means nothing will happen regardless. Doesn't matter. He is almost for sure going to do it again before the season is over. He can't help himself. He probably got tripped a lot growing up, maybe by brothers if he has some.

I have never wished an injury on an opposing player, but if he broke his leg, i would laugh my *** off

He's destined for a season on "Dancing with the Stars."

He's got amazing footwork.

Dillon Brooks got a flagrant 2/ejection for something similar today. Albeit Brooks' looked intentional. ESPN guy saying it wasn't on purpose.

The ACC won't do anything they didn't do anything before. If I was that player I would have fallen down to make it them look at it harder. The refs are scared of Coach K even when he is not there.

ACC said they won't react cause nothing was called in the game.
