A quintessential, flopping, snobby, yuppie, entitled Dukie.

It doesn't deserve its own thread but here's what his buddy Christian Laetner said about the criticism he got for blatantly tripping people this season.

"I was like, 'Ah, poor Grayson. I hope they don't do to him what they did to me.' It's not nice, it's not fun and it's a little unfair."

Right. It's unfair. To him. Just like the criticism HE got for stomping on a guy. That was unfair. Him stomping on the guy and Grayson tripping people wasn't unfair to the people they did it to but the criticism THEY got was unfair.

So that's what Grayson Allen is.

he's just a little *****. no two ways about it gang. and he needs his *** kicked bad.

I wish Cousins was still on our squad. And we played duke this year and "Grayson" tripped DC, and then Boogie gets a head full of steam and beats the living ish out of him in the round of 16 right there on live TV. I mean a man's *** whipping at that. And then Cousins gets ejected and we lose like we already have. And then maybe we get punished so bad we have to sit the tourney out next year. And then we have it in our storied history of UK lore, a 1 year tourney ban because Cousins wouldn't allow duke's ******** when he beat the ish out of their punk on live TV and it was played over and over for decades. That would be great. At least I think so. That's just how classless I am. Hate me. Can't stand that punk.

Is on the verge of a lawsuit for purposefully seriously injuring a player if he doesn't stop. Along with the NCAA, the ACC, and Duke Univ for allowing this sh%t show to go all year long.

I just don't understand everyone getting there panties in a bunch over Allen returning.
If Tatum mans the 3 spot for 30 minutes a game, then you have Thornton, Allen, Jackson, kennard and jones fighting for two spots.
Now I understand Tatum could
Move to the 4 and files to the 5 but then you move Jefferson out and he ain't coming back to sit.
They will still be good either way but I like our team better.

how was what he said being a "choad"? [laughing]

If I was Allen I'd be pissed off too. Not that he shot the 3, but that he just lost a huge game. I'll shake your hand in the line. Leave me alone on the court.
I was referring to Allen, and he was being an extremely bad sport.

I could understand being upset about both, TBH. That said, Grayson had to know that not shaking Brooks' hand on the court wouldn't be a good look for him given everything else that transpired before it.

Well I'm not a Duke fan, but you are one of the good ones. My condolences on the loss.

being a good sport is severely overrated. Michael Jordan is the greatest of all time and was a **** sport. When you're used to winning and lose, almost embarrassingly, you're pissed off and don't want anyone to "console" you.

If Oregon had lost dude wouldn't have been so eager to get a hand shake.
Odd take. Yeah you can be a poor sport. Just don't be surprised when you get called out for it in live action and again in slow mo replay after the game. This excusing attitude is what has enabled his tripping bs.

I very much doubt he's returning. It's a weak draft class outside the top few, he had a very nice season on the court and he may not want to become the next college basketball villain for a full season. They said it on the broadcast, Grayson is actually a pretty quiet guy off the court who lets all his emotions out on the court, so I dunno if he'd embrace it the way guys like Laettner and Redick did.

Declaring I hope.

I've been saying for a couple months that I was 60 or 70 percent sure he's gone. It's not as sure a thing as Jones, Okafor and Winslow from a year ago and Ingram now, but I'd place my bets on him leaving.

Imagine how insufferable he will be next year, especially if they get Bolden. That will be their most talented team in many moons.

I'll be straight with you on Grayson and the loss. Although I defended him on the second trip (the one that involved Rathan-Mayes) in the sense that I didn't think it was nearly as bad as the trip involving Ray Spalding and Louisville, like I said, he had to know what ended up transpiring as the clock ran down won't be a good look for him come when highlights are being shown and especially tomorrow morning when an even bigger deal will be made of it. I won't say it's completely undeserved, but I think it's somewhat unfortunate that it'll take away a bit from the story that Oregon was clearly the superior team. We should talk more about Oregon and less about Grayson.

And to add on to the point that Oregon was clearly the superior team, I actually thought Duke would lose in the second round. However, I both underestimated Yale and forgot that Baylor/Scott Drew teams play poorly in the tourney lol

He tripped a player in the Yale game too but he was much slicker about how he did it. Dude is a sicko.
