K is is a fraud. Pretends to be so upright but his teams are dirty and have been for years. ZVitale and his ilk shielded him for years and now Bilas has taken the mantle to continue it.

The "Offensive Charge" is a Referee's FAVORITE CALL to make. It isolates them for public viewing. Coach K realized that over 25 years ago and has taught his players how to over-react to draw them.

It is SICKENING to watch.

The "Offensive Foul" calls have lowered the scoring average in college basketball overall over the last 25 years. Not a coincidence that K and his flopping players have had an influence on those calls and encouraged other coaches to teach it also.

The NCAA needs to stress the principals involved in making those calls and actually make it extremely difficult to get the "Charge" call. That would encourage more freedom of movement and make for a MUCH MORE exciting game!!

Another reason to hate Duke!!

His ceiling is late first as it is. The gig is basically up.

Also, several NBA GMs, including Phil Jackson, have commented on how overrated Duke players are due to being soft.

I've alluded to this before. Duke players don't fare well in the NBA because they don't get the calls like they do in college. Grayson Allen can pad his stats with an extra 5 to 8 points on bogus flop And 1s, but he won't get them in the NBA. K hurts his players long term. They suck in the NBA.

I would bet that if you asked one hundred Basketball fans around the country which team flops the most and I would say 95% of them would say the Dookies.

The problem with Gracie is obvious to me. A genetic flaw some how caused his limp wristedness to migrate and settle in his neck. Or, he could just be another well coached dook sissy ***** more suited for ballet than basketball.

I'm thinking it's a combination of both. #bobbinheaddollboy

Just saw this clip from the MSU game. He didn't sell it enough the first time so he tried it again and he got the call. It absolutely enrages me when turds do this. The fact that it's him makes it worse.

I love the commentary. "We're not letting him get away with it this year, this is going viral."[/QUOTE
Can't blame a player for the way he is taught. If playing sports is supposed to mold character then what kind of character are some coaches molding ?

What did Bilas say? He was ragging on Michigan State about "flopping" on the two times they took charges, which were legitimate charges BTW.
Yes, this play happened just before a Mich St player "added a little extra" to the contact he received, but Bilas didn't say a word about the one above. And you're right, the Mich St kid took a legit charge, just sold it a bit. But this one here is ridiculous. The next clip someone should pull up is the one where Allen attempts to make it look like he took an elbow to the face. Ref didn't fall for that one but it was classic Grayson Allen.

And did you notice that he said that after the Michigan state player took the charge while being silent when the duke player took the charge? On top of that, the Duke player (can't remember who) was the one acting like he was hit by a truck while I felt the MSU guy really took some contact. Complete bias on that comment from bilas.

Also, did anyone notice the play where Grayson Allen got fouled on a shot on the right side near the free throw line? He jumped and completely kicked his leg out on the shot to sale the call and nobody said anything. Not on tv, not in twitter.

I'm sorry, I saw the little stupid segment a week or two about how Grayson is actually a little choir boy and how he doesn't want to be looked at like a dirty player after his accidental trips last year, but he hasn't changed one bit.

Everyone of them is a little whiney baby. They all whine and pout after calls just like the pouting coach k. I don't hate duke because they win. That's what their fans like to tell themselves. But it's because they always have a bunch of big freaking baby's that pout and whine. Allen showed it in that clip. That's nothing new. They've always done that and the referees reward them for it.

You can't blame the players on this. If any meaningful change is to come about it needs to be spearheaded by the NCAA, officials, schools and not to mention the sports media. Right now we live in a bizarro world where flopping has fast become a part of basketball culture. Bitching and moaning about players flopping wont fix anything.

I agree with this. I wish the officials could call a technical foul for unsportsman like conduct and quit giving them the call. If so they would stop in a hurry. Duke is known for it and will do it until they are the ones being penalized for it.
