UL fans are absolutely thrilled. He averaged 15 ppg but on 39% fg shooting and 29% 3pt shooting and 6ft tall.

How much room do they have? I know they had 6 Freshman coming in and now a grad transfer makes 7 players. Not that many from this years team could be going pro could they? Or did they have a ton of seniors?
edit: Ok read the article so they do have 13 scholly players already, but they are hoping at least one of the three testing the waters leaves I guess. U6 fans talking about chasing banners. What the one they took back! One comment says 2020 champs LMFAO! I hope Mack is one hell of a coach to develop the 2nd and 3rd tier talent they are getting. I know he is a good coach, but he better be amazing with the U6 expectations.

UL will never make a final four under Mack. He is sub par tournament coach. And the NCAA is going to destroy that program to its foundation. Frankly, it’s going to be fun to watch the tard fan base meltdown the next few years.

I think Williamson will be really good too. He somehow made the McD's AA team. With him and Igiehon along with all their older players, they will have a solid roster next year.
His problem in recruiting was he was getting players that peaked early on, didn't improve, and got passed by in the recruiting rankings. They weren't all a bunch of low ranked recruits from the start. You just can't take commitments at this level from players that are 3+ years away from making it to campus. There's been players that looked like they could be the next LeBron James but end up getting passed by because they developed early or had a growth spurt before everyone else, but didn't improve past that.
You all laughed and said they wouldn't even get invited to the NIT this year and they ended up a top-25 squad for part of the season and made the tournament comfortably. The roster for next year will be better than it was this year.
It's fun to make fun of our rival, but you have to do it accurately or else they get to gloat about overachieving and all that. They're probably a 5-6 seed with everyone back, and the ACC should be a bit weaker next season too.

Yikes. I do not partake. When Gillispie was the coach then there was like a 20-man layup line before starting the 2nd half. The good players didn't seem to warm up properly, imo.
I didn't say it was a terrible roster either. I was remarking on how many walk-ons were on the team plus what @KyCatFan said.

Exactly, most people have to pay to get in a ho house. At U6 some get paid for partaking.
They could have the best roster in college basketball, but it makes no difference if you are not playing games.
