A Mexican who worked for me for 8 years and who was my best and most trusted employee has finally gained his American citizenship after 17 years here....all legal. He has studied very hard and diligently over the years....I used to help him some and he hired a retired teacher to help him also.He has raised 3 kids here (they were born here)....all honor students and successful contributing members of society .He is from New Laredo Mexico and while he was visiting family there they fixed it so he could do his swearing in at Laredo Texas so his Mexican family could watch. He called me from Texas last night, and I damn near cried I was so happy for him. .......and THAT my fellow citizens is how the process should work.....give me 100000 families like the one Andres has......I am so very proud of him
