I wish the kid the best. That said, he and Keldon are the type of one and done UK needs to avoid. One mediocre season then leaves.
30-7 is mediocre now? We were a legit 1 seed contender. UKs average season is 27-9 when taking into account number of games played now. That's the all time best winning percentage hands down too...… Some people need to have their posting rights revoked.

I didn’t say the team was mediocre. Tyler was bad the 1/3 of the season, really good most of the last part but was a bust in the tournament. That’s pretty average. We need to get someone better or keep a guy like Tyler 2 years.

I gotta say, it seems kinda messed up to me to be doing this stuff before you've even been drafted.
WTF?

You know, Tyler, you might wanna delay gloating about your money until after you actually have it. Or, perhaps maybe even follow the lead of some past down-to-Earth NBA stars like Tim Duncan and Larry Bird by not doing that gloating at all.

He has terrible taste is everything. Ever see the goofy glasses and wonky clothes he wears all the time. That shi**y Maserati suits him.

Let them enjoy. They will still have experienced most never get. They paid the price now it’s time to have a little fun.
Maseratis suck. For 100k or so Id have gotten an Audi RS7 or BMW M5.
they have a Ferrari engine but by rule it’s tuned down to below Ferrari spec. I agree there are better cars. He probably got this one from the agent as an incentive to “consider all his draft options”. It’s a good time for them. They worked hard this year and now they can have a little fun.

Kid wasn’t gonna sit back and watch both PJ and Keldon buy expensive cars without making an irrational decision. All 3 of them are dudes who may not even make a second contract in the NBA.
But hey, they’ll have nice cars to drive around. It will just be sad about 10 years later when the money runs out and they are driving those cars around with windows that don’t go up or down anymore because they can’t afford to fix it.

Who am I kidding. I wish I could buy an expensive car.

Look, I hope he makes it in the NBA and makes a $#!t load of money...I REALLY DO. But,and I'm going to tone it down here, that's not a very good move until you've "really" made it. Damn, be patient for a couple of months before going nuts spending the $$$$$ based on speculation. Its like BIG lottery winners that go on an insane spending spree.

Not making good financial decisions already. If you are going to spend Maserati money you might as well go ahead and spend a little more and get the Ferrari. Better car and much better at holding its value. These kids never learn.

You can get a Maserati ghibli for 75-80k. The Ferrari's at least 250k. Big difference. Tyler can afford a 1k car payment making 2M a year.
