If it gets an injunction by a court, and a team had waited, does that team get left without enough players?

Will be completely chaotic for basketball.
Will be even more chaotic for football. Those rosters are set and revenue sharing fully committed.
They should wait until the fall semester begins to do this.

Lots of people take 7 years to graduate. Yeah, they're called Doctors!
In fairness veey few graduate in 4 and it's largely due to the time commitment of D1 bball
Let’s be real. Most of them will never graduate no matter how many years you give them.
Then giving them an extra year to PLAY BASKETBALL doesn't help them do that, does it? They already have 5 to play 4. If you think this is about graduating, I don't know what to tell you.
Or reclassifying for a second junior year and going to prep school. Don't know if the scene will look better in two years though.
this is especially true if they transfer 2 or 3 times...
